Direct Action Havoc Assault Medical Backpack - MultiCam
Medical backpack in MultiCam camouflage developed for combat medics, rescue teams and users operating in demanding tactical environments. The design combines a modular equipment organisation system with quick access to medical supplies and a flexible carry method.
The model can be used as a standalone medical pouch or integrated with a Plate Carrier vest. This configuration allows the method of use to be matched to the nature of the mission, the required level of mobility and the available space.
durable 500d cordura and 210d nylon
The backpack body is made of 500d cordura laminate and 210d nylon. The combination of these materials made it possible to achieve a design resistant to intensive use, while keeping the weight of the entire system low.
500d cordura provides increased durability against friction and wear in areas particularly exposed to contact with equipment and the ground. 210d nylon helps reduce the weight of structural components.
full opening capability - quick access to contents
After fully unfastening the zippers the backpack opens flat, providing wide access to the entire contents. Instead of searching through a deep main compartment, the user gets an organised work surface on which individual pieces of equipment are visible and easy to reach.
This solution reduces the time needed to find specific medical supplies and makes the backpack easier to use under time pressure.
Transparent pouches compliant with MARCH
The central part of the organisation system consists of 4 transparent pouches marked with letters and colours in accordance with the MARCH protocol. Transparent fronts make it possible to quickly identify the contents without opening each pouch, while the markings help maintain a consistent equipment layout.
The MARCH layout organises equipment according to the sequence of rescue procedures. This allows the user to identify the required module more quickly, which is particularly important when working under stress, in limited visibility and in rapidly changing conditions.
Modular Curv panel system
The interior of the backpack is based on 3 removable organisational panels made of Curv material. The lightweight and rigid panel construction helps keep equipment in fixed positions and limits its movement during transport and dynamic movement.
The ability to remove the panels makes it easier to prepare the kit outside the backpack. Each module can be replenished separately, inspected or adapted to a specific type of operation, and then placed in the pouch. This solution makes it possible to create configurations suited to the equipment of a combat medic, rescuer or a team carrying out tasks within the TCCC system.
Removable panels also make it easier to check stock levels, periodically replenish supplies and clean the interior. The rigid form supports the handling of pouches and fastening elements, including when the backpack is fully opened.
convenient organisation of medical equipment
In addition to the central pouches, the backpack is equipped with additional spaces for securing and organising equipment. Elastic pockets for gloves allow them to be stored in a place that is easy to access before starting medical procedures.
The design also includes space for infusion fluids and equipment intended to prevent hypothermia. This makes it possible to assemble in one pouch both basic trauma care supplies and items needed during prolonged assistance to a casualty.
Additional organisation points and elastic retention elements make it possible to stabilise tubes, accessories and equipment with non-standard shapes. This reduces the risk of tangling and movement of items during transport, running or work in an unstable environment.
Laser cut system and velcro panel
The outer surfaces of the backpack are equipped with a laser-cut MOLLE/PALS system. Slots cut directly into the laminate create lightweight and low-profile attachment points for compatible pouches, pockets and accessories. The Laser Cut System technology reduces the number of additional webbing strips sewn onto the body, which helps reduce the weight and thickness of the panels.
In the upper part of the front panel there is a velcro panel. It allows the attachment of identification markings, emblems, medical markers and other patches fitted with velcro. Its placement ensures good visibility of the marking, when the backpack is closed and carried on the back or attached to a vest.
2 carry methods
The backpack is equipped with a classic shoulder strap system allowing it to be carried on the back. Adjustable shoulder straps allow the carry method to be adapted to the user's build and the load. This solution works particularly well during movement over longer distances and in operations requiring independent transport of medical equipment.
The second option is to quickly attach the backpack directly to a Plate Carrier vest. This makes it possible to integrate the medical pouch with the primary protective equipment without the need to use shoulder straps. This configuration may be particularly useful in confined spaces, when working in a vehicle or in situations where protruding elements of the carry system could hinder movement.

MultiCam camouflage
MultiCam is a modern camouflage pattern developed in 2002 by the American company Crye Precision in cooperation with the United States Army Soldier Systems Center (Natick Labs) as part of the Objective Force Warrior programme. Its purpose was to create a universal camouflage pattern effective in varied terrain and changing environmental conditions. The MultiCam pattern consists of seven colours, creating gradient transitions between shades of green, brown and beige. Thanks to this, it dynamically adapts to the background, taking on shades of green in woodland terrain or browns and beiges in desert areas - in the environment of Central and Eastern Europe it works particularly well in autumn and among dry vegetation. MultiCam has gained recognition worldwide and is used by numerous armed forces and special units. In 2010, the camouflage was officially adopted by the United States Army as a camouflage pattern for soldiers stationed in Afghanistan, replacing the earlier Universal Camouflage Pattern (UCP). This pattern is also available to civilian users, which makes it a popular choice among military enthusiasts and airsoft players.

The velcro panel is an area with sewn-on Velcro tape that allows easy attachment of various additional items, such as patches or pockets.
Cordura is a material woven from durable nylon fibers, developed by DuPont. The structure of the material provides lightness and abrasion resistance, as well as weather resistance. Due to its properties, Cordura is widely used in tactical equipment.
LCS (Laser Cut System) is a new version of the assembly used in the MOLLE system, where instead of traditional tapes, laser-cut holes are used directly in the material. The system is much lighter than standard sewn-on PALS tapes and guarantees better camouflage. The holes are hemmed with thread to prevent fuzzing and ripping, or, as in the case of Cordura, the laser-cut edges are fused.
