Upgraded variant of the MK II individual first aid kit, featuring MultiCam camouflage, constructed from a robust combination of 500D Cordura and 210D nylon.
A key feature setting this generation apart is the inclusion of bold "MED" laser-cut lettering on a soft velcro field, enabling secure placement of various patches or emblems like a unit insignia, national flag, or Morale Patch. Engineered for horizontal installation on the rear side of a Mosquito belt—or any belt with a width up to 45 mm—this design ensures the side panels of a tactical vest remain unobstructed. The first aid kit is also fully compatible with any platform utilizing the MOLLE/PALS attachment system.
Partially elastic construction in the outer pocket enables increased medication capacity while retaining a slim profile. The first aid kit includes a pouch equipped with side handles and an elastic sleeve, securing the pouch in place through compression. Inside, elastic drawstrings facilitate the organization of medical supplies, and the kit is fully sealed with a zipper closure. An extra Velcro panel is located on the back of the pouch, allowing for the addition of a Shears Pouch. The layout ensures rapid double-sided access to all contents via anti-slip Hypalon handles.
MultiCam is an advanced camouflage pattern introduced in 2002 by the American company Crye Precision, developed in collaboration with the United States Army Soldier Systems Center (Natick Labs) as an element of the Objective Force Warrior project. Designed to provide versatile concealment across a wide range of terrains and environmental conditions, MultiCam utilizes a combination of seven colors that blend seamlessly, transitioning between greens, browns, and beiges. This unique color scheme allows it to adapt to its surroundings, displaying green hues in wooded landscapes and shifting to browns and beiges in arid or desert environments—making it especially effective in regions such as Central and Eastern Europe during autumn or in areas with dry vegetation. MultiCam has achieved global recognition and has been adopted by a variety of armed forces and special operations units worldwide. In 2010, it was officially selected by the United States Army as the issue camouflage pattern for soldiers deployed in Afghanistan, replacing the Universal Camouflage Pattern (UCP). Civilian availability of this pattern has also made MultiCam a popular choice among military enthusiasts and airsoft players.
