An enhanced iteration of the MK II individual first aid kit, crafted from a robust mix of 500D Cordura and 210D nylon. The primary new feature of this generation is the visible "MED" label, laser-cut into the soft velcro panel, which enables attachment of patches or emblems, such as national flags, unit insignia, or Morale Patches.



Engineered for horizontal attachment to the rear of the Mosquito belt (or any belt up to 45 mm wide), this design frees up the side sections of a tactical vest. Compatibility with the MOLLE/PALS system means the kit can also be mounted on any platform supporting these standards.

The semi-flexible build of the exterior pouch increases medication capacity while maintaining a slim profile. The kit features a container with side grips and a flexible sleeve designed for a secure, press-fit hold. Internal elastic straps facilitate organized storage of supplies, with the entire unit secured by a zipper closure. The container’s rear includes an extra velcro panel for Shears Pouch attachment. Rapid, ambidextrous access to the contents is provided by non-slip Hypalon handles.

    Well-made first aid kit, can hold a lot of the things we need to save lives, but you have to be careful when putting it back because if you use some equipment inside and put it in incorrectly, it may fall out and you might not even notice.
