The material used in production, a blend of nylon and cotton, combines high durability with comfort in use. Cotton improves the breathability of the fabric, resulting in better air circulation and reducing head overheating on warmer days. Natural fibres minimise the risk of chafing and skin irritation. The material has also been reinforced with a Rip-Stop weave, in which thicker threads form a characteristic reinforcing grid. This solution effectively limits the spread of any damage over a larger area.

The hat is partially made of mesh, which significantly improves breathability. This solution supports effective ventilation and reduces heat build-up around the head, which is especially important during prolonged use in high temperatures or during intense activity. On the inside, a soft fabric panel has been sewn in, which effectively absorbs and wicks away moisture.

The design of the headwear is complemented by 3 loops - 2 side ones for attaching camouflage elements, as well as 1 lower one allowing the hat to be clipped, for example, to a combat shirt, which prevents it from being lost. The model is also equipped with 3 velcro panels (on the top and at the rear), which allow the attachment of IR markers or other identification markings.

At the front, above the brim, a durable loop tape has been sewn in, allowing selected accessories to be attached. The mesh pocket located in the upper section allows small, flat items to be stored securely. The adjustable drawcord with cord lock effectively prevents the hat from slipping off or being blown off the head, for example during strong wind or dynamic movement.

MultiCam is a state-of-the-art camouflage pattern developed in 2002 by US company Crye Precision in cooperation with the United States Army Soldier Systems Center (Natick Labs) as part of the Objective Force Warrior program. Its goal was to create a versatile camouflage pattern that is effective in varied terrain and changing environmental conditions. The MultiCam pattern consists of seven colors, creating gradient transitions between shades of green, brown and beige. As a result, it dynamically adapts to the background, adopting shades of green in forested areas or browns and beiges in desert regions - in Central and Eastern European environments, it works particularly well in autumn and among dry vegetation. MultiCam has gained worldwide recognition and is used by numerous armed forces and special units. In 2010, the camouflage was officially adopted by the US Army as the camouflage pattern for soldiers stationed in Afghanistan, replacing the earlier Universal Camouflage Pattern (UCP). The pattern is also available to civilian users, making it a popular choice among military or airsoft enthusiasts.
