Durabo Alpha Military Pants - MultiCam

Constructed from tough NyCo Rip-Stop fabric, these tactical pants utilize a blend of Cordura (polyamide 6.6) and premium cotton for enhanced strength and comfort. Featuring IRR (infrared reflective) technology, detection by night vision devices is effectively reduced. Designed with numerous well-placed pockets, the pants excel in both urban environments and during tactical missions or outdoor pursuits.

Featuring 12 functional pockets, these pants offer exceptional versatility:

• two traditional open hip pockets with reinforced edges
• two discreet zippered pockets
• two front thigh compartments secured with Velcro
• two side thigh compartments with Velcro fastening

• two calf-side pockets with Velcro closure

Elastic and breathable fabric panels are strategically located at the waist and behind the knees to enhance mobility. The knee areas are also designed to accommodate external knee pads for added protection.

The fly is secured with a zipper produced by YKK, the renowned Japanese manufacturer. In place of a button, the pants utilize a wide piece of Velcro and feature belt loops measuring 55 mm in width. Velcro straps located at both the lower legs and knee area enable adjustment of the leg opening width. Across the buttocks, an extra layer of Cordura has been added for reinforcement.

MultiCam represents a cutting-edge camouflage pattern introduced in 2002 by the US firm Crye Precision, developed in collaboration with the United States Army Soldier Systems Center (Natick Labs) under the Objective Force Warrior initiative. Designed to provide high adaptability, the purpose of MultiCam was to offer a camouflage solution effective across diverse terrains and varying environmental conditions. The distinctive MultiCam design incorporates seven colors, facilitating seamless transitions between different shades of green, brown, and beige. This structure enables the pattern to blend dynamically with its surroundings, shifting towards green hues in wooded landscapes and adopting browns or beiges in arid or desert settings. Within Central and Eastern Europe, MultiCam proves especially effective during the autumn months and in areas dominated by dry vegetation. Renowned globally, it is favored by many military organizations and elite units. In 2010, the US Army officially selected this camouflage for forces deployed in Afghanistan, replacing the longstanding Universal Camouflage Pattern (UCP). Alongside military use, the pattern is available to civilians and remains highly popular among airsoft and military enthusiasts.
