Engineered around a lightweight yet robust aluminum frame, the construction ensures both minimal weight and exceptional strength. The rigid frame delivers reliable stability for the load bearing system and features an integrated transport shelf to facilitate the transport of heavy gear.
Mainframe functions either as a stand-alone transport frame or in combination with EMOD series modules, providing the flexibility to assemble loadouts suited to any mission profile—from lightweight setups to full-capacity expedition packs.
Carrying system, hip belt
Featuring a lightweight aluminum frame, the carrying system efficiently transfers the pack’s weight to the hip belt and back, reducing strain on the wearer’s shoulders. Adjustable straps provide customized harness height to match varying torso lengths, optimizing ergonomic support.
A wide hip belt with soft padding ensures backpack stabilization, bearing much of the load for increased balance during movement. Profiled straps finished with mesh fabric boost all-day comfort, making extended wear more manageable.
Equipped with MOLLE system straps on the hip belt, additional pouches and accessories can be securely attached for versatile gear organization.
Mounting system for the Mainframe
The Mainframe serves as the foundation for the modular EMOD system, enabling direct integration of backpacks and accessories from this line onto the frame. Attachment is achieved through YKK zippers and Duraflex HD 25 mm buckles, which securely fasten the backpack along the sides of the frame.
Equipped with three cross compression straps with buckles, the system ensures the backpack remains stable on the frame or can be positioned outward, providing extra carrying capacity. This design facilitates the transport of gear or heavy items close to the body’s center of gravity for improved balance and comfort.
MOLLE/PALS panel
A laser-cut MOLLE/PALS panel runs the full length of the frame’s back, providing a secure platform for attaching extra modules and pouches directly to the structure. The system supports effortless integration of EMOD elements as well as standard MOLLE/PALS pouches, offering flexibility in organizing your loadout and adapting your gear setup for specific missions.
