Carrying system, hip belt
The load-bearing system utilizes a lightweight aluminum frame that directs weight onto the hip belt and back panel, reducing strain on the user’s shoulders. Adjustable straps enable the harness height to be tailored to the torso, enhancing ergonomic fit.
A wide hip belt with soft padding secures the pack and distributes much of the weight, promoting stability during movement. Anatomically shaped straps lined with breathable mesh material improve comfort during extended wear.
Equipped with MOLLE system straps on the hip belt, allowing attachment of pouches and additional gear.
Mounting system for the Mainframe
The Mainframe serves as the foundation of the modular EMOD system, providing a platform for seamless attachment of backpacks and accessories from this series. Secure connections are achieved via YKK zippers and Duraflex HD 25 mm buckles, fastening the pack to the sides of the frame.
Utilizing three cross compression straps with buckles, the system ensures the pack remains stable against the frame or can be adjusted outward, offering extra cargo space. Gear and heavy loads can be positioned close to the body's center of gravity for optimal weight distribution.
MOLLE/PALS panel

LCS (Laser Cut System) is a new version of the assembly used in the MOLLE system, where instead of traditional tapes, laser-cut holes are used directly in the material. The system is much lighter than standard sewn-on PALS tapes and guarantees better camouflage. The holes are hemmed with thread to prevent fuzzing and ripping, or, as in the case of Cordura, the laser-cut edges are fused.
