Eberlestock Romad Backpack 25 l - Military Green
A backpack with a 25-liter capacity in military green, made from abrasion- and damage-resistant 500D nylon reinforced with a Rip-Stop weave. Designed for communication system operators, soldiers, and users who need functional gear for outdoor operations.
durable fabric, DWR coating
The 500D nylon used in construction offers high durability, making the backpack suitable for intensive use. The Rip-Stop weave reinforcement prevents tearing and fraying, even if the material gets punctured locally. The fabric is coated with a DWR layer for added protection against moisture and dirt.
Wide opening, water tank pocket
The main compartment features a U-shaped wide opening running almost the full length of the backpack, making it easy to organize your gear and quickly access needed items without searching through everything inside. There is also a separate internal pocket for a hydration bladder. Additionally, the interior includes numerous PALS webbing and velcro for attaching accessories compatible with the MOLLE system or equipped with velcro panels.
On the sides are elastic pockets for conveniently carrying water bottles or other small items. The front of the backpack has two organizational zip pockets. The upper pocket is designed for items you need fast access to, such as documents, maps, notebooks, or small accessories. The lower pocket is padded, making it suitable for carrying night vision devices, hearing protectors, or other delicate equipment.
MOLLE webbing, Velcro
This model features extensive MOLLE webbing for attaching additional gear. The rectangular velcro panel on the front is ideal for attaching any patch or emblem, such as a national flag, unit crest, or so-called morale patches.
HDPE plate frame, air-mesh ventilation mesh
The internal HDPE plate frame provides structural support. This technology increases the backpack’s rigidity, improves weight distribution, and enhances comfort when carrying heavier loads. As a result, the pack remains stable even during dynamic movement.
The shoulder straps are equipped with webbing for safely routing radio cables, headset wires, and hydration system hoses. The carrying system includes ergonomic panels of breathable air-mesh, improving ventilation and reducing moisture buildup during extended use.

Eberlestock is an American brand founded in 1985 by Glenn Eberle, an Olympian and pilot. It began with the development of a lightweight and durable shooting stock, which became the foundation for further innovations. The breakthrough came with the Just One Pack backpack, which made it possible to carry a firearm on the back while keeping the hands free. The company is known for modular systems such as the Mainframe™ frame, tested for a load capacity of nearly 600 kg. The range also includes models created in cooperation with outdoor organizations, including the Team Elk Pack with the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation. Eberlestock also develops its own line of proprietary Doppel:Ganger® camouflage patterns, including the Mountain, Skye, and Mirage variants, which use a dual-image technique to increase concealment effectiveness. Today, the brand, headquartered in Boise, Idaho, is regarded as a leader in creating gear for hunters, tactical operators, and outdoor enthusiasts.

DWR (Durable Water Repellency) is a durable waterproofing treatment that increases the surface tension of water and creates a hydrophobic coating on materials. It protects the material from rapid soaking, improves drying, provides stain resistance and increases breathability.
YKK zippers are high-quality zippers commonly used in clothing and accessories, manufactured by the Japanese YKK Corporation - one of the world's largest zipper manufacturers.
Rip-Stop weave protects the fabric from abrasions and tears. It is characterized by additional threads woven in at regular intervals, forming a mesh-like pattern. It provides high strength to the fabric, increases resistance to mechanical damage, especially tears.
MOLLE (Modular Lightweight Load-carrying Equipment) is a system for attachment of tactical equipment, used for example in backpacks or tactical vests. It provides the possibility of flexible and modular placement of various accessories and pockets, which allows personalization and optimal adjustment of the item to the specific needs of the user. It is widely used by the military, special services and survival and outdoor enthusiasts.
PALS (Pouch Attachment Ladder System) is a modular mounting system for pockets and pouches, used in the MOLLE system. It consists of horizontally sewn rows of 1 inch (25.4 mm) wide, fixed spacing webbing (such as on a backpack) and vertical webbing for attachment and threading (on a pocket). This system is usually equipped with snaps, which further secures the pinned items.
Mesh fabric is a type of material made of open or perforated fibers, forming a mesh or weave with large meshes. It is an airy material that provides good air circulation. For clothing, it prevents the body from overheating during activity.
