Eberlestock Romad Backpack 25 l - Dry Earth

A backpack with a 25-liter capacity in dry earth color, made from abrasion- and damage-resistant 500D nylon reinforced with Rip-Stop weave. It is designed for communication system operators, soldiers, and users seeking functional gear for field operations.

durable fabric, DWR coating

The 500D nylon used in the construction is highly durable, making the backpack suitable for intensive use. The Rip-Stop reinforcement prevents the fabric from ripping or fraying, even in case of local damage. The material features a DWR coating for extra protection against moisture and dirt.

Wide opening, hydration bladder pocket

The wide U-shaped opening of the main compartment runs almost the full length of the backpack, making it easy to organise your gear and providing instant access to essentials without having to search through the interior. Inside the backpack, there is a dedicated pocket for a hydration bladder. In addition, the interior is fitted with multiple PALS straps and velcro panels for attaching MOLLE-compatible accessories or gear fitted with velcro panels.

On the sides, elastic pockets allow convenient carrying of water bottles or other small equipment. The front features two zippered organiser pockets. The top pocket is intended for items that require quick access, such as documents, maps, notebooks, or small accessories. The bottom pocket is padded, making it suitable for transporting night vision devices, hearing protectors, or other delicate equipment.

MOLLE straps, Velcro patch panel

This model features multiple MOLLE straps for attaching additional equipment. A rectangular velcro panel on the front allows you to attach your chosen patch or emblem, such as a national flag, unit insignia or so-called morale patches.

HDPE frame sheet, breathable air-mesh

Support and structure are provided by an internal frame made of HDPE sheet. This technology increases the pack's rigidity, improves weight distribution, and enhances comfort when carrying heavier loads. As a result, the backpack remains stable even during dynamic movement.

The shoulder straps are equipped with loops for securely routing radio cables, headset wires or hydration hoses. The carrying system features ergonomic panels made from breathable air-mesh, enhancing ventilation and minimising moisture build-up during prolonged use.

Eberlestock is an American brand founded in 1985 by Glenn Eberle, an Olympian and pilot. It began with the development of a lightweight and durable shooting stock, which became the foundation for further innovations. The breakthrough came with the Just One Pack backpack, which made it possible to carry a firearm on the back while keeping the hands free. The company is known for modular systems such as the Mainframe™ frame, tested for a load capacity of nearly 600 kg. The range also includes models created in cooperation with outdoor organizations, including the Team Elk Pack with the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation. Eberlestock also develops its own line of proprietary Doppel:Ganger® camouflage patterns, including the Mountain, Skye, and Mirage variants, which use a dual-image technique to increase concealment effectiveness. Today, the brand, headquartered in Boise, Idaho, is regarded as a leader in creating gear for hunters, tactical operators, and outdoor enthusiasts.
