Eberlestock Vapor 2500 Backpack 45.9 l - Mountain
Eberlestock Vapor 2500 is a lightweight and modular backpack from the EMOD series, offering a 45.9-liter capacity. Outfitted with a central zippered front pocket and two stretchable side pockets, the design streamlines gear organization. Constructed from robust 450D Rip-Stop aramid fabric with a PU coating, the pack delivers reduced weight alongside enhanced resistance to moisture and abrasion. Full compatibility with the Eberlestock Mainframe (sold separately) makes this pack a versatile choice for both single-day excursions and extended adventures.
Material, PU coating, Rip-Stop
Constructed from resilient 450D Rip-Stop aramid, the backpack’s fabric is reinforced to minimize the chances of tears. An additional polyurethane (PU) coating boosts the material’s moisture resistance, providing reliable protection for the contents against rain and minor water exposure.
Spacious main compartment and three pockets
The pack features a large main compartment that opens via a front zipper panel, ensuring fast packing and direct access to the entire load without the need to remove gear from the top. The interior is equipped with two open pockets and a dedicated hydration bladder sleeve.
Externally, the design incorporates two deep, stretchable side pockets suited for bottles or other bulky equipment. A front zippered pocket crafted from stretch fabric provides space for small essentials that demand quick access.
EMOD modular system
Designed as a component of the modular EMOD system, this item connects directly to the Mainframe (not included). Secure attachment is achieved through the use of YKK zippers and Duraflex HD 25 mm buckles, which fasten the pack to the sides of the frame.
Equipped with removable buckles with compression straps, the system enables quick release of the pack from the frame, providing extra carrying space—ideal for transporting essential equipment or heavy loads kept close to the body's center of gravity.

Camouflage Mountain
Doppel:Ganger represents Eberlestock's exclusive camouflage series, featuring a unique dual-image process where an abstract shroud overlays a traditional pattern inspired by natural surroundings. The resulting effect of enhanced depth and contrast effectively obscures the silhouette, compelling the observer’s gaze to select one of the layers, thereby optimizing camouflage performance.
The Mountain version utilizes a palette of green and brown tones to seamlessly integrate into areas with abundant vegetation, wetlands, and cultivated fields. This pattern is especially effective within the coniferous and mixed woodland regions found across Central and Northern Europe. Serving as a modern alternative, it stands alongside classic forest camouflage patterns such as US Woodland, Marpat (Digital Woodland), and WASP I Z3A.

Eberlestock is an American brand founded in 1985 by Glenn Eberle, an Olympian and pilot. It began with the development of a lightweight and strong rifle stock, which became the foundation for further innovations. The Just One Pack backpack, which allows you to carry a weapon on your back while keeping your hands free, proved to be a breakthrough. The company is famous for its modular systems, such as the Mainframe™ frame, tested for a load capacity of nearly 600 kg. The range also includes models created in collaboration with outdoor organizations, including Team Elk Pack from the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation. Eberlestock is also developing its own line of Doppel:Ganger® camouflage, including Mountain, Skye, and Mirage variants, which use a double image technique to increase camouflage effectiveness. Today, the Boise, Idaho-based brand is recognized as a leader in the creation of equipment for hunters, tactical operators, and outdoor enthusiasts.
