Eberlestock Vapor 2500 backpack is an ultralight, modular offering in the EMOD series, featuring a 45.9-liter capacity. Outfitted with a central front zippered pocket and two stretch side pockets, the layout ensures efficient gear organization. Manufactured from rugged 500D Rip-Stop nylon, the backpack’s fabric structure is reinforced to minimize the risk of rips and tears. Enhanced with a polyurethane (PU) coating, the material offers increased resistance to moisture, ensuring reliable protection for gear against rain and light splashes.
Spacious main compartment and three pockets
The model features a generously sized main compartment that can be reached via a front zippered panel. This design ensures efficient loading and provides access to all contents without the need to remove items from above. The interior includes two open pockets as well as a compartment for a hydration sleeve.
Externally, two spacious, elastic side pockets accommodate bottles or other large gear. A front zippered pocket crafted from stretch fabric is dedicated to small essentials that need to be accessed swiftly.
EMOD modular system
Designed as a component of the modular EMOD system, this unit mounts directly to the Mainframe (sold separately). Connection is secured with YKK zippers and Duraflex HD 25 mm buckles, ensuring the pack attaches firmly to either side of the frame.
Featuring removable buckles with compression straps, the system enables the pack to be detached from the frame, thereby creating extra cargo capacity — ideal for transporting equipment or heavy payloads close to the body's core for optimal weight distribution.
