ESP Easy Lock Button Ergonomic Expandable Baton Hardened 16" Khaki/Black

Rugged expandable baton equipped with an advanced Easy Lock locking system. Designed as a reliable tool for self-defense (strikes, joint locks, chokes), as well as for breaching obstacles and shattering windows during emergencies.

Cold-drawn seamless tubes made from CSN 12060 = CK55 - DIN 17200, C55E - EN 10083-1 + A1 grade Cro-Mo 4130 steel are utilized in the production of the baton segments. Owing to the presence of chromium and molybdenum, this steel provides exceptional resistance to high tensile, bending, and fracture stresses. The segments are further protected with a black nickel-zinc (Ni-ZN) coating that ensures excellent wear resistance, and the material is hardened to achieve a hardness level of 40-50 HRC.

The handle features an ergonomically contoured grip of the HE (Ergonomic Grip) design, constructed from synthetic, flexible, and anti-allergenic rubber. Secure handling is ensured, granting superior control during use and technique execution.

The Easy-Lock mechanism offers two methods of deploying the baton: either with a traditional flick or by pulling on the tip of the bar. The latter option enables discreet opening or activation in confined spaces where a wide swing is not possible. One-handed closing is possible by pressing the Easy Lock button at the base of the handle and then folding the baton by pressing its tip against any solid surface.
