ESP EK-BO-01-S Folding Knife - Black/Orange
A dependable EDC (Every Day Carry) folding knife featuring a Drop-Point blade profile crafted from Japanese AUS-8 steel, equipped with partial serrations. Secured by a robust Liner-Lock, the handle is fitted with tough PA66 polyamide scales while a steel deep-carry clip ensures convenient tip-down carry. AUS-8 steel, PVD coating, Liner Lock
Equipped with a Drop-Point style blade crafted from premium Japanese AUS-8 steel, renowned for its excellent corrosion resistance and ease of sharpening. The blade features a partially serrated edge, formed with a high, flat grind and finished with a tough PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) coating that enhances resistance to wear, minimizes friction, and provides added protection against corrosion. Along the spine of the blade, where the thumb naturally rests, jimping (notching) is incorporated to offer superior blade control during precision cuts. The blade operates smoothly on washers and deploys via a dual-sided thumb stud. For secure use, a rugged Liner Lock mechanism ensures the blade remains safely locked when open.
Scales made of durable polyamide, deep-carry clip
Handle scales are crafted from lightweight yet robust polyamide PA66, offering resistance to harsh weather, chemicals, and mechanical wear. Ergonomically designed finger contours and non-slip texturing on the handle ensure a firm and reliable hold. A sturdy deep-carry clip secures the knife discreetly behind a belt or at the edge of a pocket, allowing for daily carry in a tip-down configuration (blade facing down). A lanyard hole is integrated at the end of the handle for attaching a safety cable.
