ESP Power Max Stun Gun

Engineered for self-defense, this tactile stun gun delivers an electrical arc with a voltage of approximately 500,000 V, a low current of 9.8 mA, and discharge energy reaching 149 mJ. Rapid pulses induce immediate muscle spasms and confusion in the assailant, enabling you to effectively neutralize the threat. With a current output of less than 10 mA, the device poses no life-threatening risk and can be carried without a permit.

powered by two 9 V batteries, safety pin, accidental switch lock

Powered by two standard 9 V batteries (not supplied), the unit operates reliably in the field. The manufacturer advises selecting Energizer alkaline batteries for optimal performance.

A safety pin is located at the bottom of the housing, designed to disable the stun gun if forcibly removed from the user's grip during an attack.

A sliding switch enhances user safety by preventing inadvertent activation of the device.

Durable construction, ergonomic grip, clip

Constructed from polymer (ABS), the casing features a textured, non-slip surface to ensure a secure hold. Ergonomically shaped to fit comfortably in the hand, the design allows for rapid deployment even in high-pressure scenarios. Measuring 193 x 65 x 35 mm and weighing 300 g, the device can be discreetly carried and easily secured to a belt using the integrated clip.

Legal aspect

Designed specifically for sale to adults, this item operates with a low current intensity of less than 10 mA and does not require special permits. Always verify local regulations and potential restrictions prior to purchasing or use.

Use and effects of the stun gun

  • 0.5 s (short burst) – slight shock, involuntary muscle contractions, sensation of pain
  • 1–3 s (medium burst) – intensified muscle spasms, temporary confusion
  • 4–5 s (maximum burst) – loss of coordination, prolonged disorientation lasting several minutes

Solid workmanship. The plastic is fine. Strong, clear, and loud electric arc. I haven't tested its operation yet, but the sound of the arc alone should deter an aggressor. Highly recommended. I am very satisfied with the purchase.

I hope I never have to use it, you have to be careful because if someone is squirming you could get hurt yourself. I tested the main function, the batteries take quite a while to insert, and when you’re full of adrenaline it can be difficult since there isn’t much space. But it’s interesting that when the strap is detached, it stops working – that’s a great feature. If a patient takes the stun gun from us, we can pretend to be scared or back away, and while they're focused on using it, we can make a move – an opportunity to take down the patient. It’s loud and scary ;) 50 thousand volts, as much as in a low voltage line, haha. It’s going to be intense.

The quality is ok, but the discharge current is not sufficient for effective self-defense – it doesn't knock the attacker down and requires close contact, which is a recipe for a tragic outcome. It seems suitable rather for harassing a previously restrained aggressor to extract information, but it's not suitable for defense!

It's powerful! The stun gun is quite large with a classic shape. The plastic is good quality, everything fits well, nothing creaks or bends. The sliding power switch, similar to Mossberg, prevents accidental use. Probably the best design on the market.

Very good stun gun, one of the best I've tried. Unfortunately, I was painfully disappointed by many models when their "failure" happened as a dog jumped at me. It's worth paying a bit more to have reliable equipment.

Very powerful stun gun (powered by two 9 VOLT batteries - IMPORTANT, THE 9 VOLT BATTERIES MUST BE MARKED WITH "6LR61" - THESE BATTERIES ARE COMPATIBLE WITH THIS STUN GUN - VERY IMPORTANT DETAIL WHEN PURCHASING BATTERIES). OF COURSE, THE DEVICE IS INTENDED FOR SELF-DEFENSE IN FULL CONTACT WITH AN ATTACKER (AS OPPOSED TO STREAM PEPPERS, WHERE WE CAN REACT AND DEFEND FROM A DISTANCE OF 3 TO 6 METERS). THE STUN GUN HOLDS WELL IN THE HAND.

A chunk of a device, fits a big male hand, turns on with 2 "buttons," makes a loud sound when used, and you can see the electric arc; my dog gets very anxious seeing and hearing it, so it'll be good for scaring off potentially dangerous animals. Overall, an interesting gadget.

Fantastic, ergonomic, really very loud - the sound alone instantly gets all the animals out of the room. Hopefully it works on attackers too ;) Unboxing from the order available.
