Ultralight mummy-style sleeping bag designed for optimal body alignment and unrestricted movement throughout the night. Crafted from premium nylon, the robust outer layer is complemented by an insulating duck down filling.
Temperatures and usage conditions
Svalbard sleeping bag temperature ratings in line with EN 13537 standards:
- T-comfort: 3 C – lowest temperature at which a woman is able to sleep comfortably through the night,
- T-limit: -2 C – minimum temperature at which a man can rest without experiencing discomfort,
- T-extreme: -17 C – lowest temperature at which survival remains possible. Not intended for regular use.
10D Rip-Stop nylon with Water Repellent coating
Constructed from lightweight 10D Rip-Stop nylon with a hydrophobic WR coating (Water Repellent), the material is used on both the interior and exterior. The treated fabric resists moisture infiltration. An internal small pocket is provided for accessories, along with loops for securing an additional liner.
Duck down filling, H-shaped construction
Exceptional thermal insulation and optimum air circulation are achieved with European duck down and feather fill in a 92/8 ratio. Featuring 800 cuin loft, the down provides excellent compressibility, enabling the sleeping bag to be packed into a compact size. A DuPont hydrophobic coating safeguards the down against moisture. The H-shaped baffle construction keeps the down evenly distributed, preventing any shifting or clumping. An additional layer of down is integrated into the drawcord footbox for enhanced insulation around the feet.
Left zipper, Anti-Bite system
Equipped with a two-way zipper positioned on the left side, the sleeping bag allows complete opening from the top for convenient access. A fluorescent puller ensures functionality in low-light conditions. Integrated Anti-Bite system safeguards the fabric against snagging in the zipper. An internal thermal baffle offers added protection for the zipper.
Integrated hood for warmth, DUO drawcord
The integrated 3D-shaped hood maximizes thermal retention by fully covering the head to minimize heat escape in cold environments. Its ergonomic contour enhances wind and moisture defense. The innovative DUO drawcord system uses both an elastic cord and a tape: elastic along the neck area allows for arm movement without adjustments, while the tape at the back enables rapid loosening, making it particularly useful in nighttime situations.
