The thermal shirt is tight-fitting and therefore does not restrict movement. It is slightly too long for me, extending over the underwear. It fulfills its task very well, maintaining body temperature properly. The silver ions work—the unpleasant odors don't linger, it's been washed once and nothing undesirable has happened. I recommend it.
