G-Man 236 Folding Pruning Saw - Grey - 180 mm

Compact folding saw designed for efficient trimming of medium and thick branches and for working with fresh, green wood. Equipped with an 180 mm high-carbon steel blade (HCS), aggressive teeth, and a secure lock in both the open and closed positions. It performs well during gardening, camping, and survival trips.

The blade is made of HCS high-carbon steel with a tapered grind, which reduces friction, prevents the blade from binding, and ensures a smooth surface after cutting. The precisely ground teeth with a density of 6 TPI (teeth per inch) have been surface hardened, which guarantees fast, aggressive wood cutting while maintaining long-lasting sharpness of the working edge. An elongated opening in the blade makes it easy to deploy quickly.

The button-operated locking mechanism immobilizes the blade both in the working position and when folded, preventing accidental opening during transport. The handle framework is based on a metal core, which increases the stability and rigidity of the entire construction during intensive work. The grip is made of almost 100% bio-based materials. The contoured handle with textured inserts ensures a secure grip with wet hands or when wearing gloves, and the opening placed at the end together with the included wrist lanyard protects the tool from being dropped or lost in the field.
