The Titan NGRS Expert electronic system represents a sophisticated control unit engineered for Tokyo Marui Next Generation Recoil Shock (NGRS) AEG replicas. Featuring adjustable trigger sensitivity and customizable fire modes, the system offers both battery safeguarding and comprehensive gearbox protection. The Expert edition provides unrestricted access to all configuration options via the GATE Control Station.

Five integrated sensors deliver precise trigger sensitivity adjustment. Utilizing either the included card or app, adjustments are performed remotely without requiring any disassembly of the replica.

The module grants the ability to program the fire selector across 6 distinct configurations:
- Safe + Semi + Auto
- Safe + Semi + Semi
- Safe + Semi + Burst
- Safe + Burst + Auto
- Safe + Semi + Burst/Auto (short trigger hold – Burst, extended trigger hold – Auto)
- Safe + Burst + Auto (Safe enabled through quick mode change, then: Safe + Semi + Safe)

Users can program the Burst mode to discharge up to 10 BBs per trigger pull. The Titan NGRS Expert ensures the gearbox completes a full operational cycle every time, reducing the risk of jams and significantly enhancing replica longevity.

The module supports Pre-Cocking, which positions the spring ready for the next shot immediately after each firing. This function secures a critical tactical advantage and is available across all firing modes without manual setup or calibration.

Precision end-of-cycle detection is achieved through a dedicated gear sensor, guaranteeing a complete cycle even with a brief trigger press. This feature supplies automatic Burst without requiring manual timing, grants selectable Burst options from 2 to 10 shots, automatic Pre-cocking in all modes (Semi, Burst, Auto) with adjustable boost settings (high, medium, low), and maintains a full cycle for optimal reliability when Pre-cocking is deactivated.

The integrated Mosfet enables ROF (Rate of Fire) tuning. Regardless of battery specifications, the user has total control over the number of rounds fired per second. In Semi mode, a shot delay adjustable between 0.5 s and 3 s is also available.

Two firing rate control modes are integrated. ROF Control offers seamless adjustment to minimize wear on internal components, while RIF Control introduces pauses for enhanced operational realism.

AUG mode empowers two-stage trigger activation, producing SEMI/BURST with a light press and BURST/AUTO with a firmer squeeze.

Intelligent battery protection prevents over-discharge, automatically recognizing the cell count and stopping operation at low voltage. The system additionally notifies the operator through motor vibrations when battery voltage reaches a critical threshold.

Wiring provided in the kit is configured for rear exit within the replica.
