Great cover, although it is not strictly waterproof. Made of fabric, well impregnated and water flows over it, but I have never tested whether it would soak through in heavy rain. There is a strong elastic cord sewn around the circumference, which adjusts the cover to the backpack. Additionally, it protects the backpack from mechanical damage and camouflages it. Mine was like new, packed in foil, with no signs of storage.

MTP Camo Camouflage
The MTP (Multi-Terrain Pattern) camouflage, introduced to the British Armed Forces in 2010, replaced the DPM pattern. Designed based on the American MultiCam, MTP was tailored to perform in environments from arid deserts to woodlands and mountainous regions. Notable for its seamless color transitions in greens, sands, and browns, this pattern excels at providing concealment across a wide range of natural terrains.
Renowned for its adaptability and superior camouflage capabilities, MTP Camo offers effective concealment not only in arid and steppe landscapes but also in European woodland areas, where it naturally merges with the surrounding flora. Highly regarded as one of NATO’s most recognizable and adaptable camouflage patterns, it is a staple in modern military gear.

The cover is made of impregnated fabric, so it should provide protection against light rain. Small and light. Bought as additional protection for a rubberized CMG Cargo backpack.
-
I received the cover in new condition, if you can use such a term. It fits perfectly on the Mil-tec 36 l backpack, with extra pockets and an attached sleeping mat and sleeping bag. I haven't tested it in the rain yet, but there wasn't an opportunity.

Practical backpack cover from British Army supplies! Lightweight, compact, and effectively protects against rain and dirt. Great quality for surplus.
-
The backpack cover is the perfect choice for those looking for solid protection for their backpack. Keep your gear in excellent condition even during the most demanding expeditions!
-
The cover is used to cover a 40l black backpack so I can use it with a green uniform, which gives full camouflage...and it's also protection against possible damage and fading of the black backpack...
-
I bought the cover after previously buying three backpacks, including a black one (50l) and a green one (65l) for uniforms of that color...therefore, I can use both interchangeably with the uniform as needed, because putting on the cover (high quality and price)...without color mismatch.
-
Very good condition. Only camouflaging or protecting features against backpack damage. Basically does not protect against rain. Heavy. For fans.
-
The cover is in very good condition. Very good workmanship. I definitely recommend it.
-
The cover is in perfect condition, excellent quality. I recommend it.

The cover is without damages (at least my piece). As mentioned above, 'like new' condition. Made of 70% cotton, 30% polyester, so it's not suitable as a rain cover unless impregnated. Perfect for camouflaging a backpack. There are no pullers at the back, there is a thick, elastic cord sewn into the edge of the cover—you just pull the cover over the backpack and it should stay put. Fits a 40/50L backpack without a problem. An additional plus is the low price.
