Hatsan Zada QE 4,5 mm Air Gun

The Hatsan Zada QE stands out as a traditional break-barrel air rifle with a rifled barrel, showcasing a tactical look inspired by the AirTact Gen.2 series. Engineered for precision, this model launches 4.5 mm diabolo pellets at a speed of 305 m/s. Thanks to its impressive power, the air rifle excels in shooting reactive targets and making accurate shots over extended ranges.

Polymer stock

The carbine’s stock is crafted from a lightweight yet exceptionally robust polymer. Modeled after the iconic M4 carbine buttstocks, it features a symmetrical (ambi) cheek rest, enabling comfortable shouldering for both left- and right-handed shooters. In place of the standard air rifle grip, an ergonomic pistol grip—the same type found on modern assault rifles—has been incorporated. Thanks to its advanced material, the stock remains completely resistant to moisture and adverse weather conditions.

Integrated silencer

Featuring a rifled barrel, the QuietEnergy system integrates a sound suppressor that cuts shot noise by around 50%. Additionally, the suppressor functions as an ergonomic grip, simplifying the cocking of the spring.

Quattro Trigger and Anti Bear-Trap system

The air rifle features an integrated Anti Bear-Trap Safety system that safeguards the shooter by preventing accidental or untimely release of the spring. The Quattro Trigger system is fully adjustable, enabling users to set the trigger pull weight and travel distance according to their individual needs. Such customization enhances shooting precision.

Tru-Glo fiber sights

Aiming is facilitated by mechanical Tru-Glo fiber optic sights, which enhance contrast and support accurate shooting in low-light environments. The rear sight offers both vertical and horizontal adjustability.

Double mounting rail

The carbine comes outfitted with a dual mounting rail designed to accommodate both 11 mm and 22 mm (Weaver) standards. This setup grants the operator the flexibility to mount a variety of optical devices, independent of the chosen mounting system. Additionally, a recoil-absorbing stop on the rail secures the optical sight in place, effectively preventing any movement or misalignment along the rail after firing.

Automatic safety

The automatic trigger lock guarantees safety during use. When cocking the air rifle, a button at the rear of the cylinder automatically extends outward. Only after pressing this button back in can a shot be discharged.

The airgun is quite decent but rather only when on sale. There is a lot of plastic, although of fairly good quality. The airgun has a strong recoil, and setting the front and rear sights took a bit more time than it should have. Grouping is more recreational, suitable for shooting at larger targets, but you can hit a metal bucket at 60 meters so it's powerful enough.

The airgun is really nice. The sights themselves are very accurate, especially since they work with brightness. It's great fun to shoot at boards from 40 meters. I recommend buying a scope - it's a lot of fun.

I received it as a gift. Even though I'm skeptical of this type of air rifle, this one gives me lots of fun. It performs better at longer distances, let's say 30+. The workmanship of the rifle is very good. I recommend it.

The air rifle is really nice. The sights themselves are very accurate, especially as they work with light. It shoots great into boards at 40 meters. I recommend buying a scope - it's great fun. The air rifle feels substantial, its weight makes a difference, it's easy to reload and most importantly, there is a safety lock before a shot. For men's toys, only militaria.pl, greetings.

Air rifle purchased last year. The look (visually, in my opinion, it makes a great impression), power, and the promotional price of 391 PLN convinced me to buy it. I must admit, I am delighted with it. Feels good in the hand, trigger and safety work smoothly, no jams, and that power! Fired several thousand pellets. Accuracy also amazing, and after installing optics - simply a dream. Accuracy at specific distances obviously depends on the right pellets. At longer distances (40-50m), the grouping is perfect. I liked the rifle so much that, taking advantage of a recent promotion (299 PLN), I bought another one. The cherry on top would be if it were a bit heavier and had an adjustable stock, but for this price... In summary: if I could, I would give 10 stars, but 5 will have to do.

"Hasan" bought impulsively (not at Militaria) - an ad popped up, I clicked, saw a discount, and funny money, and since I had just gotten paid, I treated myself to a gift. Let's see how a low-end air rifle shoots. Unboxing... eh, what is this. A 'do it yourself' kit? Dry as a bone, probably never even smelled lubricant, screws barely holding, the most annoying was the stock - looks adjustable, but it's not. I'm 183 cm, arm span proportionate, but initially it was very uncomfortable (I prefer 'short stocks'). Alright, I tightened everything, over-lubed with molybdenum spray, even gave the barrel a solid dose of Brunox, but the rod came out practically clean. Just mounted a compact Theta Optics on the rail - let's shoot in the basement. I usually zero from 10m - A4 sheet pinned to a cardboard box, gradually clicking elevation, windage, when everything's grouped in the center I increase the distance. Standard. "Hasan" is the first air rifle that from 10m didn't hit an A4. I stepped up to about 7m - OK, there are holes, so time to play with turrets. I say 'play' because regardless of scope setting, the paper was punctured randomly. After about 20 shots I started to see a pattern, like Turkish Technical Thought remembered 'what a scope and barrel are for' and started working - let's try 10m again. And now the surprise - by the third group, all shots >in the black<. Did the barrel settle? Later I read somewhere that soft lead needs to lightly cover the grooves - some barrels need that. Not long ago I realized the Hasan became my favorite air rifle - when I feel like shooting, I subconsciously grab the Turk. Pros: just like I like, balanced on the barrel, not the stock, 2.5kg weight, and I like them light, looooooong barrel and it does the job. Description said it's precise, not for fun - I fully agree. Muzzle velocity between 290-300 m/s measured on standard Czech JSB. The Turk goes well with the Czech pellet, but changing the pellet worsens accuracy. I don't think I got some miracle item; on a few videos people have identical impressions. Forget the sloppy assembly and savings on grease - it's the 'steel part' giving the accuracy, and as for the plastic stock - you can live with it. So far - my best and most accurate air rifle for peanuts; the only thing I worry about is the plastic internals. If they're made like the stock (plastic + fiberglass), they'll last for years. If the manufacturer skimped on what you can't see... I'll have fond memories. To sum up: probably not for beginners and not short people with little arm reach - if you already shoot 'somewhat' and have basic maintenance stuff - grab it, even at 489 PLN as in Militaria, as the price-to-quality ratio is UNBELIEVABLE. Pellets: JSB Exact, no 'oversized' experiments. Settle the rifling and shoot 'in the black' from 40-50 m with peace of mind.

Nice air rifle, power and the interior is the same as the popular Airtact, but I liked the look of this one better. So far I've only shot at 15-20m, pellets keep hitting the same spot with little deviation. Overall, the workmanship looks solid, the plastics are of good quality.

Another great air rifle added to the family. I really like its design and strength, now it's no problem to shoot heavier pellets to further distances with this excellent quality air rifle. It closely copies the M4 machine gun model. The new-generation material is sturdy. I hope this model will be available for a long time. The pistol grip provides good handling. It's worthy of a target scope upgrade. It adds a lot of fun to shooting, highly recommended to try it out to others!

The product arrived to me in good condition, the quality and strength are satisfactory. It took a bit of effort to adjust the sights so that the shots would be accurate in all respects. It would have been better if the sight was not made of plastic, but I managed to set it up! It was a very good choice and a great experience to use, thank you. I recommend it to others as well.

The product arrived correctly, the quality and its strength are fine. Had to struggle a bit with the sights to get the hits just right. It would be better if the sights weren't made of plastic, but I managed to set them up! It was a very good choice for me, a great experience to use it, thank you. I recommend it to others, too.

The air rifle has been tested, about 200 pellets of various brands and weights shot. My observations - average quality of workmanship - in mine, from the start, the trigger jams quite often after a shot - after reloading, even with the safety disengaged, the trigger seemed blocked (secured), and only after several attempts could you take the shot. Now, less often, so maybe it will settle down. It also happened several times that after loading the pellet, after a shot and reloading the rifle, the gun fired on its own when disengaging the safety (without pulling or even touching the trigger). If this doesn't improve, the air rifle's trigger and safety will need repairing. As for accuracy - it packs a punch and the accuracy is average - you can shoot cans at 30-40 meters with a scope and hit them, but in my opinion, for precise target shooting at 15-20 meters, it's not good enough. The power of the air rifle, depending on the pellet, is between 13-15 J, so not bad, the rifle is a bit loud but that doesn't bother me. To sum up, an average air rifle at a good price for recreational shooting.

After installing and zeroing the 3-9x40 scope I shot with the provided air rifle; loading is pleasant, no jams, the safety and trigger work smoothly, grouping at 15 m, shooting freehand, 10 shots in a circle 8 cm in diameter. Good rifle, feels good in the hand, I recommend it, the screws didn't need tightening.

Very powerful and accurate air rifle; after calibration you can shoot at cans from 30m and hit them without any problem. It's very light, which can be a disadvantage to some or an advantage to others; for me, as for such money, it's really worth recommending. Great rifle.
