The quality is at the highest level, very light but strong. Nice Olive Green color, though the photo does not transmit it accurately. The L Long size is a bit wide and I would like them to be longer.
Helikon-Tex BDU PolyCotton Rip-Stop Pants - Olive Green
BDU (Battle Dress Uniform) pants in Olive Green, featuring high functionality and quality craftsmanship. Equipped with six pockets and an adjustable waistband.
PolyCotton fabric reinforced with Rip-Stop weave
They are made of PolyCotton Rip-Stop fabric (60% cotton, 40% polyester), with a grammage of 215 g/m2, which is lighter and dries faster than 100% cotton fabric. The Rip-Stop weave used reinforces the fabric by weaving thicker fibers into the fabric structure, creating a distinctive checkered pattern. This makes the fabric more resistant to tears and abrasion. The areas around the seat and knees have been reinforced with an additional layer of fabric.
6 Spacious Pockets
The model features 6 pockets:
- two inset hip pockets
- two rear pockets secured with two buttons
- two large cargo pockets
Adjustable waistband, legs with straps
The fly is secured with buttons. The pants have an adjustable waistband using side straps. At the bottom of the legs, there are nylon straps for securing the pants to the leg or shoe.

PoliCotton fabric is a blend of polyester and cotton fibers featuring the best qualities of both yarns. Polyester provides strength and flexibility, while cotton provides softness and breathability.
Rip-Stop weave protects the fabric from abrasions and tears. It is characterized by additional threads woven in at regular intervals, forming a mesh-like pattern. It provides high strength to the fabric, increases resistance to mechanical damage, especially tears.

The trousers are made of very good material, and having many pockets is a big advantage. The price is also very attractive because nowadays it's practically impossible to buy something for such an amount. I recommend it to everyone.
-
Very good quality pants from Helikon. I've had them for a long time and they perform well, they are as durable as all products from this company. The only downside is the fairly wide legs at the bottom, even if they were smaller the shoe could still fit inside freely.
-
I've had these pants for a few weeks. First, the downside: the actual dimensions do not match the size chart. I always check the chart before buying and order accordingly. Here, the pants are too wide at the waist and the legs are also excessively wide (like in M65 pants). However, I won't return them—they'll stay for wearing around the house. Now, the positives: everything else. Very good workmanship, no loose threads, nothing is coming apart, and the material is also durable.
-
Solid, durable pants, I've had them for a year. After many washes and walking in the sun, the color hasn't faded, the loops and buttons haven't come off. Comfortable, good value for money.

I bought Helikon trousers in olive color a year ago. The trousers were supposed to be an alternative to black, uniform cargo pants. I am very satisfied with them because of their good quality and functionality. The pockets are solidly made, none of them have ripped on my thighs. Functional and durable, I highly recommend them!
-
The pants meet my expectations. Numerous pockets, durable material. An interesting solution with the waist tightening, which allows for better fit. The legs could be a bit narrower. I recommend the product.
-
Very comfortable pants. The pockets are roomy and don't get in the way when walking, even when filled. You need to sew the buttons yourself, because from the factory they're sewn on very weakly. Sizes are sometimes strange and ordering the same size you had before doesn't always fit—but easy returns and exchanges make up for it. This material isn't as wrinkly as the 100% cotton version of the same pants.
-
Pants bought on sale fully met expectations. Strong plus for the wide range of sizes with LONG variants. The minus is the legs are a bit too wide in this style.

Nice, solidly made pants; this isn’t my first pair so I can say something about them. Only the sizing provided by Helikon is as inconsistent as ruts in a country road in the Łódź region. Each model or production batch has different sizing and it’s not always 1-to-1 accurate. According to the chart, I should wear XL, but in reality L fits perfectly. (I’m 180 cm tall, waist 102 cm). Big shout-out to Militaria store. Returns and exchanges are hassle-free, fast, and communication is good.

I had the opportunity to test the Helikon BDU pants during various activities, both in the field and during training. I'd like to share my observations about them. Comfort and freedom of movement: The first thing I noticed was how comfortable they are. The material is light, but at the same time durable enough to withstand intense use. The cut of the pants allows for freedom of movement, which is crucial during various maneuvers. I didn’t feel restricted, even during the most demanding tasks. Functionality: Helikon BDU pants are designed with practicality in mind. Numerous pockets—including those on the thighs—are perfect for storing necessary items like tools or ammunition. The pockets are well thought out and the zipper works smoothly, even in tough conditions. Weather resistance: During training in rain and mud, the pants performed excellently. The material dries quickly, which is a huge plus, and it’s also resistant to abrasions. That's important to me because I know I can rely on them in any conditions. Style and aesthetics: Although functionality is key, you also can't ignore their looks. The pants come in different colors and camouflage patterns, so you can pick the right model for your needs. They look good both in the field and in everyday use. Summary: Helikon BDU pants are a great choice for anyone who needs a reliable, comfortable, and functional piece of clothing. After several months of intensive use, I can truly recommend them to any soldier or active person who values quality and comfort. This is an investment that will certainly pay off.
-
Pants are well cut. Lots of nice pockets. Quality is okay. Comfortable to wear. There's nothing to complain about. Overall, I recommend them. Worth their price. And from a Polish company.

I bought camo XXL Long (XXL was not available). I'm 185 cm tall and unfortunately have a belly (over 100 kg). I was afraid I would need a tailor's help to shorten them. They're long but okay. Just enough to tie under the foot and tuck into boots. They feel quite synthetic for 60% cotton, but still make a very solid impression. It's a pity there's no Coyote XXL because I would definitely buy a second pair.

Pants are really well made, look great. Very good quality, you can see the solid workmanship. Color same as in the photo. I definitely recommend!

Great, durable, they don't wear out, I already have 3 pairs. Comfortable of course too, though the legs could be a bit narrower because sometimes they get caught on things with the pockets. I especially recommend them for the price!
