Helikon's first aid kit bought to keep my basic medicines there, plus a MOLLE adapter, and I carry it daily in my Helikon backpack. All the essential pills fit into this small first aid kit.

The first aid kit is small, powerful yet spacious. I use it as a mini kit for cuts, thrown into a backpack. It weighs little, and can hold the essential things for bushcraft. Cool feature with the glove compartment. I recommend it!

The first aid kit is made of thin materials, but as a result, it is lighter. Even with dressings inside, its weight is negligible, so it's perfect as an EDC kit. Thanks to the paracord loop, you can carry it on a carabiner. The MOLLE system strap is thin and soft, but it “works” just as well as classic stiff straps. It fits quite a lot. Unlike the Helikon Micro Med Kit, you can fit a rolled bandage and a small bottle of disinfectant in it. The outside pocket is elastic—just right for gloves.

The first aid kit is micro-sized, but fits everything necessary. It is sewn very carefully from a thin but solid material, making it very flexible. Scissors, an NRC foil, or even the smallest octenisept won't fit, but the kit itself will fit into any pocket. An advantage is its possible thickness—you can fit anything flat and not exceeding 10 by 10 cm. It’s the perfect compromise between the smallest pockets for medical bits and the much larger folding first aid kits.

Good workmanship, but it's really small. It will only hold plasters and bandages. In my opinion, it's not enough for, for example, a trip to the mountains. It's OK for everyday use but very small.

As always with Helikon, the product is really refined and sewn very decently. Personally, after buying, I always immediately cut off all the tags, etc., as well as the molle mounting part (for me, an unnecessary thing, not even for the weight—it just gets in the way). As for the size, it is a bit smaller than the MINI MED KID model (I am attaching a reference photo); I transferred the equipment from the Mini Med Kid to the new model, except: a small bottle (about 20ml Octenisept) and the NRC foil (regular, standard one bought at a pharmacy) simply did not fit. Another issue: on the front pocket intended for medical gloves, I would give about half a centimeter more on the sides so that two pairs would fit comfortably. Another thing (maybe I'm nitpicking), but when the logo and MED sign are vertical, when I open it, the inside should also be in the same position, but here it's the opposite (maybe this is a special design?). Hmm, new product but the logo is old???
