The bag can be easily attached to various surfaces. Thanks to the MOLLE/PALS system and well-designed fastenings, you can easily mount it on the side of a large backpack, on a belt, or on a tactical vest. The detachable strap lets you quickly convert it into a lightweight city or outdoor shoulder bag. Instead of the traditional zipper, a roll-top closure with a buckle is used, which eliminates the problem of jamming caused by dirt and increases reliability. The roll-top effectively protects the contents from weather and dust and also allows you to reduce the bag's volume when it’s not fully packed. The bag is made of durable yet lightweight Rip-Stop nylon. It weighs very little, and thanks to reinforced seams, it is resistant to tears. The 4.5L capacity is great for items that don’t fit comfortably in the main backpack: a large water bottle, a light jacket, or a hammock will fit here easily. The vertical entry design allows for quick access to the contents, for example to a jacket during unexpected rain—even without taking off your main backpack when the bag is attached to the side. This is an excellent example of practical minimalism. The bag solves the problem of lacking space for external attachments and provides great freedom of use. As usual with Helikon-Tex, the materials and accessories are high quality and reliable. If you need a lightweight, durable, and waterproof bag for essentials, it’s hard to find a better option at this price. Highly recommended!

A very clever bag. It works best for me on short trips. It fits a water bottle, snacks, and a light jacket, but that's not a rule because you can throw in anything you don't carry in a waist bag. It even works for small shopping trips. The buckles, for me, are unnecessary because I don't like to hang things on the backpack. Overall, I really like the concept of this bag and its many uses.

A very intelligent "bag for things." I have packed a jacket, water bottles, or other useful items into it more than once. I’m only deducting one star because of the buckles, which I immediately replaced with ones from the Alice system. Other than that, it’s a nice gadget.

The Helikon Foxhole 4.5L bag - Black is a very high-quality product. It fits perfectly with backpacks that have the option to mount additional pouches such as the Foxhole. Additionally, the bag can be carried separately as a waist pack. I recommend it.

I decided to purchase this product because it offers great versatility and I’m really glad I own it. You can attach it to either the top or bottom of your backpack using straps, and also on the sides with the included clips or just the side compression straps of the backpack. I find the clips aren’t very convenient to use, so I run the backpack straps under the elastic cord to better keep the bag in place. Additionally, it can be carried as a shoulder or hip bag using the included strap. The bag is waterproof, so your gear will stay dry unless there is very heavy and prolonged rain. Considering the numerous ways you can use this bag, its price is really good for the quality.

I bought it with the intention of attaching it to a backpack or belt behind my back. The product positively surprised me with its capacity and workmanship. The strap is included, but it is quite short. When carried over the shoulder like a quiver, it was very tight. If someone plans to wear it on their back or chest like a fanny pack, they need to purchase an additional Helikon strap for extension. The most convenient solution is to attach it to a backpack. Inside, you can fit a Triangia Micro stove set with a 0.5l pot and there is still room for food or other gadgets. You can also put a tarp and poncho inside, it'll easily fit. I think you should be able to tightly fit a bushman blanket or a light sleeping bag.

Great and extremely useful. It allows you to attach a jacket to the outside of the backpack, which makes it easy and quick to take out, and at the same time saves space inside. I'm considering buying another one!

This is a very versatile bag – it can be used on its own (with a strap) or attached to a backpack thanks to compatibility with the MOLLE/PALS system. The 4.5 l capacity is a good size for everyday use – it fits a bottle, a jacket, a few odds and ends, and when tightly compressed, also quite a bit of gear. I recommend it.

My husband was looking for something similar in Ukraine for a long time, but when I saw this product, I definitely chose this bag. We ordered it right away, even more than one. We are satisfied with this purchase.

Very good bag. After checking many opinions on YouTube and taking advantage of a promotion, I decided to buy two pieces right away and I am very satisfied. The only downside is that for very slim people, wearing it on the hips may be less comfortable. I wear size S or W30 and on the Foxhole belt the bag sits quite loosely – I would like to fasten it even tighter, but that's not possible. Despite this, I am very happy with this bag and I like the coyote color.

I noticed this bag/pocket from others and I liked it. I bought it and I am satisfied with the purchase. It is spacious and the possibility to use it as a pocket in a backpack or as a bag with its own strap is great! Super promotion! Worth it!

Helikon Foxhole 4.5L Bag - Shadow Grey. I was waiting for a promotion and finally got it. For just over 50 PLN, a good quality external bag. I don't understand why another manufacturer chooses these plastic clips instead of classic MOLLE, that's the only drawback that could be pointed out.

Well-made bag with a few significant flaws. Instead of proper molle straps, the manufacturer decided to use fully plastic clips, which, although made from good quality thick plastic, will be the first elements to wear out on this bag. Additionally, you cannot attach it as tightly and close to a backpack as with standard molle/pals straps, so when running, they are much less stable than I would expect from molle-compatible products. The material itself and the way the collar is closed give confidence that the contents of the bag will stay dry, as expected from an external bag.

Very light and roomy bag that can be used as an extra pocket on a backpack (that's how I attached it) or on its own. As usual, Helikon's products are of very high quality. I already have quite a few of their products and none have disappointed me, both in terms of functionality and aesthetics.
