I used to have regular cummerbunds with Velcro. A friend convinced me to try cummerbunds with a buckle and it was a bullseye! The attention to detail and precision of workmanship are top-notch. Helikon has done it again. I use it with the Helikon Guardian vest! I recommend it to everyone as a replacement with buckles.

Cummerbund is sturdily made with meticulous attention to detail. The buckle is solid and the finish of the edges of the soft and hard Velcro is excellent. Thanks to the mesh, the side belt is lighter than standard full ones.

The panels do the job, I definitely recommend them. Compared to the basic version with Velcro, the difference is huge. Another matter is whether the panel is worth the money for which you could buy a whole vest... probably not. But I spent it and I'm satisfied.

A much better solution than ordinary cummerbunds, which only have Velcro. Instead of adjusting the width every time, you can do it once. It's much faster and more convenient. I can't imagine a vest without this!

The Helikon Guardian Cummerbund Quick side panels allow for quick detachment and attachment of the vest. I use the side panels with the Helikon Guardian tactical vest. I recommend it!

The Helikon Guardian Cummerbund Quick Release side panels are great for vests that you'll mostly use during the day. It's easy and fast to unfasten and attach the panel, but at night in the dark it is difficult.
