Modular front flap equipped with an integrated pouch for three rifle magazines, crafted from robust polyester

The pouch accommodates 3 magazines from the AR, AK47, or AK74 family. Magazines are secured against accidental loss by an elastic Shock Cord system featuring non-slip pull tabs

A modular platform compatible with MOLLE/PALS (6 columns by 3 rows) is stitched onto the front of the flap, allowing attachment of additional pouches or gear. Side loops with threaded Shock Cord enable transport of extra equipment

Full compatibility with the Helikon-Tex Guardian Plate Carrier from the Helikon-Tex Patrol Line series is ensured. The Guardian Flap attaches to the vest via two buckles and Velcro. Non-slip grip tabs sewn into the lower corners enhance flap removal

The pouch is very well made, but it cannot hold three AK 47 – 74 type magazines; you can't pull them out of the pouch, you're more likely to tear the pouch from the Velcro than to pull out the magazine, which is why only 2 stars.

The Helikon Guardian Flap pouch is durable and can hold magazines for the Grot. The elastic bands could be stronger and better finished. A version for 4 magazines would be better.
