With the reputation that Helikon has, I expected better quality socks. Unfortunately, after 3-4 months of use the main seams burst and holes appeared. As for thermal comfort, it's okay.

The socks are very comfortable, and above all, warm and "breathable." They passed the test right on the first day after purchase during a several-kilometer march in snow, blizzard, and a temperature of -5°C, with a perceived temperature a few degrees lower. A successful purchase.

These socks are a perfect choice for cold days. They are made from high-quality materials, so they provide excellent warmth even in freezing weather. At the same time, their breathable structure keeps feet dry all day without sweating. I recommend them to everyone, great product.

Bought again and probably not the last time. Perfect for military boots, I tested them down to -5 degrees and they did the job. I don’t know how they would perform after several days of marching, but for 1-2 days in the field, they’re good.

Warm, comfortable. However, the material starts to pill after the first washes and they are not as warm as competitor alascans which are almost half the price. Okay on a good deal, but at the original price you can find better options.

Very warm socks. Comfortable, non-compressive band and extra reinforcement on the heel. Very good quality, as always with Helikon. A small drawback for me is the length of the sock; they could be about 2 cm longer, but this isn't a downside that would reduce the number of stars in my review, because it also partly depends on your height.

I basically bought these socks with winter and low temperatures in mind. I put them on once just to test. Very warm, fit well on the foot, don’t "roll up" or slip down. I think I made a very good purchase. I recommend them.

The socks are exceptionally heat-resistant, the description matches the truth. The leg of the sock could be a bit longer, but at least it doesn’t slip off the leg easily. Comfortable to wear.
