  • T-comfort: 8 deg. C – indicates the lowest temperature at which a woman can achieve a restful night’s sleep in comfort.
  • T-limit: 4 deg. C – signifies the minimum temperature at which a man can sleep throughout the night without discomfort.
  • T-extreme: -1 deg. C – marks the survival threshold; exposure to this temperature in the sleeping bag is only for emergency situations and is not meant for regular use.

    The bottle looks good, and its Smoked color is impressive in person. The plastic is solid, thick, and doesn't emit any odors. I tested the seal – the cap works great, and water doesn't leak. Drinking is comfortable because there's a special insert inside that prevents water from spilling onto the face. However, there was one time when the insert fell out when I tilted the bottle sharply, and a lot of water spilled. So you need to be careful when using it. Overall, the product is perfectly fine, and I recommend buying it.

    A very nice, simple, and durable water bottle with the right capacity. I use it for trips outside the city and every day at work. It's a great alternative to ordinary plastic bottles, which tend to "crumple" in various places.     This is my next bottle from Helikon. They have slightly improved the model by giving it a cap that is easier to unscrew (larger ridges) and adding a mesh pouch (which can also fit a cup that matches the bottle).

    I bought it because my previous water bottle gave out. I considered different bottles/flasks, but I chose Helikonka :) The wide opening makes it easy to pour in an isotonic drink, for example, without spilling. One remark: the scale goes up to 0.9L, not a full 1L :)
