I think it's a great option for everyday use to be able to help yourself and others 😄 A nice solution is that Sanrenmu knife to complement the first aid kit 😄 small but wild, it has a light source and a knife, as well as a seatbelt cutter in this great size 😄 There's a place for scissors and gloves in the outer pockets—awesome, plus a lot of space inside for additional first reaction equipment 😄 later you go with bigger gear in another kit 😄 I recommend buying it 😄 because it's worth it 😄

Nice flat case for a basic set of first aid supplies for small wounds. It can hold plasters, gauze, and a small bandage. The holder for scissors is a bit excessive. Instead of a Velcro fastener, I would prefer a zipper to better secure the contents.

The Helikon Pocket Med Insert has become an essential part of my EDC, which I carry in the Bandicoot waist bag (also from Helikon). Thanks to its design, I have easy access to basic dressing materials and other equipment. Also, at quite a reasonable price, we get Cordura, which is a big plus.

I definitely recommend everyone to buy one and carry it in your pocket because you never know when something bad might happen, and in case of a serious situation and a large first aid kit is far away, this small one can save your life.

I bought a backpack in a different color and had to get a container for plasters and gauze in the same color. The "first aid kit" attached to the outside of the backpack is always at hand and you don’t have to look for it. The factory clasp is not impressive, so I strapped it with extra ties so it wouldn’t come loose while moving... In my opinion, the first aid kit symbol is too bright. I didn’t need such a reflection – used a marker to tone it down, but it’s still visible, just not shining like crazy. I recommend it.

The first aid kit as an EDC element works perfectly. Everything you need fits in there. The quality of workmanship is, in my opinion, satisfactory. I wear it to work and for short one-day trips to the forest or urban areas.

A very good, not too small and not too large first aid kit from Helikon. Perfect for carrying in cargo pants or a smaller backpack. It is well-made and easily fits basic medical accessories. In the photos, it is already slightly supplied. I recommend it.
