Equipped with Climashield Apex insulation at a grammage of 67 g/m2, the poncho remains lightweight while ensuring excellent thermal comfort. The outer shell features a DWR coating that safeguards against dirt and light precipitation.

Featuring robust YKK zippers, the Swagman Roll offers swift conversion to a sleeping bag for versatile field use. Woojin Plastic buckles provide enhanced adjustability and user-specific customization. A flat pocket secured with a zipper is positioned on the front of the poncho, while the integrated transport pocket ensures the poncho can be folded quickly and conveniently for transport.

The Swagman is fully compatible with the classic Helikon-Tex poncho.

Desert Night Camo (DNC) represents a unique camouflage pattern engineered by the US Army during the 1980s for use in nighttime desert operations. Intended to be worn as an outer layer over standard uniforms, DNC saw primary deployment during Operation Desert Storm in the Persian Gulf. Featuring a grid of dark green squares and cross shapes against an olive-green backdrop, the pattern's primary objective centered on countering early night vision technology employed by enemy forces. While moderate success was achieved in obscuring detection by night vision devices, the pattern stood out as a groundbreaking tactic in night concealment.

US Desert, often referred to as 3 Color Desert, represents a camouflage pattern engineered as the successor to the 6 Color Desert Pattern. Developed in 1990 and officially adopted in 1992, it was designed for use in Middle Eastern operations. Featuring a palette of beige, pale green, and brown, the pattern offers a streamlined micro-pattern and reduced contrast for increased effectiveness. The selected colors deliver superior concealment in arid, sandy terrain and help minimize fabric heat absorption. Widely issued to US armed forces, the camouflage saw extensive use during Operation Desert Storm, as well as military campaigns in Iraq and Afghanistan.
