I have just bought and upgraded the Helikon first aid kit with the Vera DIN 13164 insert (29 items) and better scissors than those included in this set. The whole thing cost me 166 PLN. I plan to buy a few more Israeli bandages. Not everything from Vera fit into this small, handy first aid kit, but thanks to that, I have a supply. A good purchase and a cool solution.

Very spacious INSERT – it's worth noting that this is not a first aid kit you can attach in any way other than with a small velcro inside a bag or another pocket. It does not have any other mounting option, but it wasn't designed as an external first aid kit either. However, the insert itself is well designed and convenient to use. In the photo, my repacked version, where I even fit a triangular bandage, thermal blanket, and gel dressing, besides other basic items. I recommend!
