Very good quality long johns. For a height of 184 cm and a weight of 89 kg, size L fits perfectly. I use them daily at work in various temperatures from 4°C to -21°C and they perform very well. I recommend them.

These Helikon-Tex leggings (US LVL 1) are a total go-to for me as a first layer – lightweight, comfortable, and so hassle-free that you just put them on and forget about them, and they just do the job. The material is pleasant to the touch – nothing itches or chafes, and the flat seams really make a difference, especially if you’re constantly on the move. The biggest plus is the thermal properties and breathability: they keep you warm in the cold exactly as needed, and when you pick up the pace there’s no sauna effect, they wick moisture sensibly, they dry quickly, and even after an intense day you don’t get the feeling you’re wearing a damp rag. The cut is spot-on – fitted, but not restrictive, so you can go outdoors, run, train, do field exercises/airsoft, whatever. The cuffs stay at your ankles, nothing rides up or rolls, the waistband is elastic and comfortable, and if you choose the right size, they fit steadily and you don’t have to keep adjusting them. Plus, they’re super practical because packed up they take up almost no space, so they can easily sit in your backpack as a spare and can really save your comfort during the day. At this price, it’s simply an honest buy: the quality is high, and it’s still for a reasonable amount of money. To sum up – warm, lightweight, comfortable, quick-drying, and solid. For me, it’s one of those things you buy once and then think, “why didn’t I have this before?”. And an extra plus for being a Polish company – it’s great to support something that’s well-made and works as it should.

I am fully satisfied – they are very warm, extremely comfortable and pleasant to the touch. Nothing shifts, and the quality is excellent! I wholeheartedly recommend the purchase!

I have two pairs and I'm satisfied. They dry quickly, are even warm—the lowest temperature I've worn them in was -18°C and it was bearable. They dry fast, the material is pleasant, the workmanship is solid, and after a year nothing has happened to them.

Great product under thinner trekking pants. Perfect for hiking in the forest or mountains, they retain heat and do not restrict movement. Helikon, as always, a good product for reasonable money. I recommend.

The Helikon LVL 1 leggings especially surprised me with their lightness. I used them as a first layer under long pants, but they will also work well under shorts as an option for changing weather. If necessary, you can take them off and put them in your backpack (they take up little space and are very light). They will definitely work for all kinds of sports or tourist activities, as well as for exercise.

Definitely a plus. They fit well, don't chafe anywhere, and most importantly, they retain body heat in the cold, so you can run and roll in the snow even at very low temperatures. They are comfortable and provide comfort during winter exercise, whether running, camping, training, or airsoft.

Like everything from Helikon, these pants are made so well that they're flawless. Even after two days of wearing, because they breathe well and dry quickly. I checked.

Just like the boxer shorts, these leggings keep my lower body dry. There hasn't been any frost yet, but they will definitely protect against the cold too. They don't restrict movement, don't fall down, and are easy to keep clean.

I tested these on a training ground during very severe frosts, rolling in the snow, and I'm positively surprised. They don't let water in, keep my feet warm, and the skin breathes well in them.
