After many other clothing items from Helikon, it was time for shorts. I have both lengths, both 8.5" and 11". Personally, I prefer the longer variant—they reach just below the knee. The material is thin and breathable, making the shorts very comfortable and lightweight—it's almost like you don't feel them on your body. At the same time, the material is durable, and the shorts are well sewn, which guarantees longevity for many seasons. They have my favorite, best pocket layout that I know from long pants, such as the Hybrid Outback DuraCanvas. In addition, there is a very large selection of color versions—something missing from other Helikon clothing items. What more could you want? Just get them and use them!

Interesting shorts, they handled the heat well. There are plenty of pockets and they are useful, although I missed some extra small ones next to the main pockets, like in a few other Helikon trouser models. Any downsides? - strange sizing. The XXL fits very tightly at the waist and seat, whereas I wear XL in SFU/Next and those are loose. - they could have a higher rise, or possibly some kind of back yoke; when bending over, it gets uncomfortably close to the "plumber’s crack".

These pants are really amazing. This is already my second pair of this model, this time I chose khaki ripstop for hot days. The price after the promotion was very favorable. As usual, express delivery, I definitely recommend it.

Great shorts (I have the 11"), very comfortable to wear, airy and durable. The Husar Range Belt 2.0 inner belt fits inside, so you can easily wear them to the shooting range :-D The shorts reach (just a little) below the knee - they also have asymmetrically shaped legs to additionally cover the knee. Highly recommend! One note - I suggest ordering a size smaller than indicated in the chart.

Helikon-Tex UTS 11" PolyCotton Rip-Stop shorts - Olive Green are great for my height of 185 cm and weight of 94 kg, size L fits perfectly. The olive color is neither too dark nor too light. Lots of pockets, good material because there is a high percentage of cotton so the body can breathe freely. I have long pants from this series and am satisfied with both purchases.
