The stakes are very solidly made and hold onto the ground well, they don’t bend when being hammered into harder soil. This is a solid, durable product that will definitely last for years. However, when packing equipment for a longer hike, you can feel that they are quite heavy. If someone counts every gram in the backpack, I would rather go for the aluminum version. Overall, a nice product for stationary camping where weight is not a priority.
