It will serve me for safety purposes, and the compass and temperature measurement are a nice addition. Whether the measurement is lower or higher is not crucial for me. Cool gadget. Instead of shouting "help" I will whistle :-)

The whistle is quite loud. The compass works reasonably well. However, the thermometer overstates by 1-2 degrees and below +10 the temperature reading drops very slowly.

Cheap, more suitable for EDC. The whistle is just a regular whistle, the compass works relatively properly, I haven't tested the thermometer. At this price, don't expect miracles, but it basically does its job.

A lightweight whistle to toss into your backpack or pocket. The whistle itself works well, and the compass is also completely fine. As for the thermometer, on both units I own it shows a difference of about 2-3 degrees, so it's likely only useful for a rough, approximate indication of temperature. Overall, it's good enough gear, and seems a bit better than similar ones sold on Allegro.
