The balance platform is great for coordination training. I personally use it in boxing workouts, but it also works well in various forms of rehabilitation.

Good for balance exercises and so-called core muscles, can be used in many different configurations shown on the packaging. Do not exercise wearing socks made of slippery materials - your feet will slide off the platform. An interesting variety for training.

Awesome device. I bought it without much conviction and mostly as a casual supplement to standard workouts. I didn't expect much from it, but I tried to balance on it and... I ended up really liking it. All the leg muscles and joints are constantly working on this clever gadget. You can do squats and push-ups, bends and torso twists, and many other activities that activate the muscles. Contrary to first impressions, exercising on it doesn't have to be limited to just a standing position. Really, only your imagination sets the limits of this product's usefulness. The simplest set of exercises performed on this balance disk becomes more challenging. Fantastic. The item stole my heart. I'm glad I ordered it, because it has huge potential. A note for users: place the disk on a mat(!), because on a smooth surface (panels, tiles, etc.), it will slip violently from under your feet when getting off.

This balance platform offers a sturdy design for improving stability, core strength, and coordination. Its non-slip surface ensures safety, while its versatile use suits various fitness levels, making it ideal for rehabilitation or functional training exercises. Lets see how it stands the rest of time or I think it could be just a bit sturdier.
