Solid. Provides good wrist protection, immobilizes and compresses. I work with a high-pressure washer and the constant pressure on my wrist caused pain and swelling, but since I started using this, it’s much better. Obviously relieves the wrist. It works. I recommend it.

A useful thing not only during injuries, other complications, or rehabilitation. Solidly made and should last a long time. A useful protection for wrists during exercises with heavy loads (everyone has different endurance, and for everyone, HEAVY can mean a completely different number or weight). Of course, purchased as a set. Meaning this one + the left one too :)
