This versatility allows you to activate muscles from various angles. The bar also provides the option to adjust the handle width between 85 - 100 cm (pronated grip) and 24 - 44 cm (neutral grip).

Manufactured from high-quality steel, the construction is engineered for wall or ceiling installation. Featuring a robust 4 mm thick mounting base with 8 mounting holes, each 11 mm in diameter, the unit guarantees strong and dependable attachment. The DD10 model also incorporates a dedicated 3 mm thick bracket designed specifically for suspending a boxing bag.
