The HMS Slam Ball features a robust, waterproof PVC exterior and is filled with sand. Thanks to this construction, the ball is easy to grip and can withstand repeated slams against the ground. A textured surface ensures a secure hold, reducing the risk of slipping during intense workouts.

Review for model:

Great gym ball from HMS brand. The outer layer feels solid and made of high-quality materials, and the size of the ball is very comfortable. Sometimes it's hard to achieve an even weight distribution when throwing, but you can get used to it over time.

Review for model:

A very heavy kettlebell, I recommend it to people who have already trained with such ones and know how to handle them. If someone does not know, it is better to read about it first because you can hurt yourself.
