Pair of dumbbells with interchangeable plates, crafted from robust yet lightweight composite material. The dumbbells are equipped with the functionality to combine into a single barbell, greatly enhancing the variety of possible exercises. The set comprises two bars, four locking clamps, a bar connector, and 16 weight plates in total. Suitable for both home training and professional gym environments.

Threaded clamps and precisely matched plate openings permit rapid plate changes and ensure secure attachment to the bar, preventing any movement of the weights during workouts.

I've been using the weights for over half a year and I can say that they perform well. When it comes to the locks, it's best to tighten both locks on the ends of the bar during use; this gives the best hold and prevents them from loosening. I like the whole set and use it when I don't have time for the gym but don't want to skip arm workouts. If someone wants to start training, I also recommend it because it's a cheap option with many possibilities and at the same time rather solid for being plastic.

Well... the courier was swearing when delivering it:))) The set itself looks dignified. The workmanship is very aesthetic. The short bars are solidly made, with precisely cut threads. In my opinion, the plastic locks that hold the plates on the bars are the weakest element of the set. You really need to tighten them well so they don't loosen with the rotating plate. As for the long bar connection, I can't comment as I haven't tested it and don't really plan to, although it looks good. In summary: for a small amount of money, you get a solid set for home workouts:)
