Great product, very good value for money. In my opinion, it's not worth overpaying for other similar items. The cast iron is well made, with minor flaws, and the ergonomic shape provides a comfortable grip. Although the coating chips off in some places, it doesn't really matter because it's not for decoration, and regular use will always cause more marks. You just need to keep it in a dry place and wipe it with WD40 from time to time to prevent rusting.

A very nice complement to training, especially for exercises that are hard to do in the traditional way. You just need to choose the right load, because it’s easy to overestimate your own abilities.
-
An interesting training proposal—something different and new, the weight of four kilograms is really sufficient, at least for the beginning—the quality of workmanship and appearance is OK. I recommend it.

A very good device for training, especially in a home gym. Why 2kg? With this kind of equipment, you can't afford to let your ego take over, technique is key. A 2 kg mace is great for practicing proper technique and, for those like me with shoulder protraction, for rehabilitation, preparing for heavier weights, and avoiding unwanted injuries.

Very good training equipment, I started with 4kg and I don't regret it. At the beginning it's just right for training with one hand. For two-handed use, it's definitely too light. As others mentioned, you can strongly smell the paint at first, but fortunately after a dozen or so days it airs out and it's ok. Unfortunately, when the paint is fresh, it can stain gloves. I think I'll buy a heavier one after some time.

Very useful for strength training for shooters. It strengthens the entire shoulder girdle and arms, as well as the joints and tendons. Sets of exercises with a mace for shooters can be found on YouTube. It's worth starting with a lighter mace, e.g., 4 kg, and gradually moving on to heavier ones - 6 kg and 8 kg.

Cool mace, good for shooting practice, I recommend training sessions from YouTube. It's also worth buying a few pieces depending on your fitness level to use the appropriate weight. My current goal is to reach the 6kg mace ;)

Hard to find fault with anything – a decent piece of iron :)

The product matches the description, a cool thing to diversify your workout. You can do a lot of exercises with it and you don't get bored.
-
A nice variety for training. If you haven't had anything like this before, it's better to start with a lower weight.

I recommend this product. A great thing for training.
-
A solid piece of metal. Exactly as described. It fulfills its purpose 100%.
-
Great tool for exercising, if you learn the exercise techniques this interesting device is really fun, the exercises don't get boring quickly, you can introduce a lot of variety into routine training. After some time, I think I'll go for the next level in terms of weight. I really recommend it.

Good workmanship, the knob at the end is a bit of a nuisance.
