Structure and operating mechanism
The handcuffs are composed of two identical cuffs joined by a single-sided hinge. Not much to say here. Top-notch craftsmanship, the weight makes a difference, but after all, they're supposed to be massive. It's a pity they came in a plastic bag and not some nice packaging, but that's a detail. Maybe a few scratches on the outside, but that's nothing. I highly recommend them and best regards.

I know they're very good, mine arrived in a plastic wrap, heavily scratched. I expected visually nice, new handcuffs. I got something that looks used. Just a heads-up for anyone interested in this product. Overall, I recommend them, they're supposed to work and they do, you can see they're solid. I also checked the manufacturer's website and these handcuffs are considered the best available on the market, and differ in their construction method from others. It was a successful purchase, I just expected handcuffs in a box, especially since they're not cheap.

I highly recommend these to all uniformed services. They make work easier and faster. They operate very smoothly :-) The escort (or transport) lock works well and efficiently. Importantly, they fit even large wrists without cutting off circulation. The hinge is strong, solid, and works in only one direction, which allows for using them as a lever when bringing the second hand for cuffing—making the process less stressful for some. Great job by the manufacturer!!!
