Kershaw is an American knife brand, founded in 1974 by Pete Kershaw in Oregon, which from the very beginning has focused on the highest quality and practical solutions for hunters, anglers, and everyday users. In 1977, the company was acquired by the Japanese Kai Group, allowing it to combine American innovation with Japanese craftsmanship. In 1998, Kershaw revolutionized the market by introducing the SpeedSafe assisted opening mechanism, and in the following years won prestigious Blade Show awards for models such as the Tyrade with Composite Blade technology combining two different types of steel. The brand is also known for its collaboration with renowned knifemakers, including Ken Onion, Ernest Emerson, and Rick Hinderer, which has resulted in iconic models such as the Leek and Cryo.

Hello, I bought the product in a stationary shop. The throwing knives have a great shape and reasonable weight, but I think they are made of pressed corrugated metal; during my first training session I broke two within an hour. (They throw well but they are not durable!) The third one broke after a week of carrying them. The case is well made. Despite the two-year warranty, I will not return them, because on a yearly scale, I would spend more time waiting for complaints to be processed than enjoying them. Not worth the hassle.

Now these are throwing knives, but of course, you pay for quality.

I recommend them, just right for beginners, they throw very well and are well balanced, so almost every time they stick. I’ll also add that they are just right for throwing at greater distances.

Knives appropriate to their price – crap. The wrapping comes off – but it’s not a problem to rewrap it with leather or something similar. Well balanced, solid, large. The knives arrived blunt, but you can easily sharpen the blade and use them for other purposes besides throwing. Although it’s a throwing knife, it fits very well in the hand for basic tasks like cutting etc. The only thing that annoys me is the 'CHINA' inscription on the finger ring. But that’s probably just my quirk ;) RECOMMEND
