Intuitive, helps avoid damaging knives during learning. The lack of diamond rods and only 3 sharpening stones probably makes it unsuitable for steels like S30V, but overall the system really helps maintain the correct angle.

I have tried many sharpeners. Skeptically, I spent quite a bit of money on something I thought was not worth much. And here is a surprise, it's brilliant, the knife is repaired and sharpened. I will be expanding the set with new stones. Highly recommend.

A solid set for precise knife sharpening. Thanks to the guides and various sharpening stones, it allows you to easily achieve a sharp edge. Handy and durable, it works well.

The Lansky 120/280/600 sharpener is a practical set for sharpening knives. Three grit grades allow for effective sharpening and finishing. Solid, comfortable in use, ideal for both home and outdoor use.

This is the most 'idiot-proof' system on the market. Handy, portable, compact, pocket-size. Simple to the core and yet effective. Lots of elements for upgrades. Tons of spare parts. Nothing unnecessary, only what you need. Anyone can use it. It's a pity that the price increases directly with the distance from the USA. I RECOMMEND!!!

This set allows you to achieve more than satisfactory sharpening results. It's easy to use, though you do need to get a feel for it. This configuration of grits enables comprehensive sharpening of knives in various conditions. After my first sharpening sessions, I'm very satisfied.
-
I was very positively surprised by how easy it was to bring even an old and heavily worn knife to a great condition. In addition, you can buy various individual stones or diamonds as needed/used. I recommend it.

A very useful set, but you can nitpick about the details of the workmanship, e.g. the box looks like it's made of poor plastic. However, these details don't affect the functioning. A plus are the four sharpening angles for practically every type of knife: kitchen knives — 13-19 degrees per side, EDC and folding knives — 20-24 degrees per side, bushcraft and heavy-duty knives — 25-34 degrees per side. Additionally, I bought the holder. Overall, I RECOMMEND IT!

I've used many sharpeners and was losing hope, but I thought, I'll buy it, I'll see... it's a massacre, simply a massacre, all the knives literally shave ;) you have to spend some time but it’s relaxing and the satisfaction at the end is something wonderful, a specific set, sharpens beautifully, I'm totally shocked ;) DON'T THINK, just buy it.

Nice set. I recommend buying some single stones to diversify the set.
-
Mediocre first impression—everything is a bit bent and a bit crooked. This has no impact on usage. You can’t sharpen smaller knives at a sharper angle—the stone hits the clamp—for razors, I recommend buying something else. Other than that, the system does the job and is very intuitive to use. Minus for Lansky for not including a base in the set, but a big plus for the store for sending me a discount coupon when I missed the promotion—great customer approach!

Super good purchase
-
Indispensable when sharpening heavily neglected knives. The sharpening itself requires some practice and consistent steady movements. It's definitely not a set for quick touch-ups for the impatient because you have to spend at least 15 minutes; it takes a while. After more than two years, the stones show no signs of wear. The quality is really at a good level. Max blade length for which the process is still reasonably comfortable is about 20cm.

The set proved itself even for a beginner, recommend.

The sharpener itself is very good, but the sharpening angle range is insufficient. You have to make your own mounting for a specific knife.
