Handy sharpener to take outdoors. I use it for sharpening smaller knives and a penknife. I use it for touching up knives that have gotten slightly dull, and for this purpose it is ideal. I haven’t used it on a completely blunt knife so I don’t know how it would manage.

A nice handy sharpener. Perfect for emergency sharpening of a knife. "EMERGENCY" - you definitely won't sharpen a heavily worn edge professionally with it. But for example, for an everyday carry kidney or a short trip to the forest, it's great. I recommend it.

Small and does the job, never a dull knife on a trip again. For me, it works especially well on trips where I have no control over sharpening the knife before leaving (Bookings, Airbnb, and other places with kitchens where no one ever thought of sharpening a knife).

For emergency sharpening, it's fully sufficient. I have several pieces in my backpacks, bags, belt pouches, and in the car. It's saved my skin more than once. Worth having.
