The flashlight illuminates the area with a very evenly brightened circle. Its other advantages are presented in the description. The disadvantage is the mounting system - it needs to be adjusted from time to time. It is essential to use the head strap. Mounting the flashlight to the socket on the strap is also not the most solid. It broke when the flashlight fell from my hand onto stones from a height of about one meter. The Ledlenser service in Poland sent the damaged part free of charge and very quickly. I don't recommend using the MH8 during severe frosts. The operating time is significantly reduced and the battery cannot be protected in any way. It's better to choose a model with a separated battery. Operating the many functions is complicated.

It's been a long time since I've seen anyone with a Ledlenser on their head, which is a shame because these are really solid flashlights. 600 lumens is enough for most uses and you also get very good build quality.

Hello. The headlamp is quite heavy, and the adjustable straps tend to loosen, plus the charging cable is non-standard which is a bit inconvenient. Sometimes after pressing the power button, you hear a click but the headlamp does not turn on. The beam is stronger than many flashlights, and it also has an adjustable beam which was very important to me. The battery really lasts long on the lowest mode. The on/off button is easy to find by touch which is a big plus when turning it on. 7-year warranty after registration on the website.
