Thoughtful design, MARCH medical organization
Main compartment features an organizer structured according to the MARCH algorithm, recommended for use within the Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) framework, suitable for yellow or green zones.
The main compartment is top-loading with dual zippers, enabling rapid access to vital supplies. Following the Tactical Rescue Concept (TCCC) and MARCH (massive hemorrhage, airway, respirations, circulation, head injury/hypothermia) protocol, medical supplies for the first intervention stage, or massive hemorrhage (M), can be positioned along the sides and rear section of the main compartment. The flap and front area accommodate the second and third stages—airway (A) and respiratory (R). Internal mesh pockets are intended for items related to the remaining levels of care, specifically circulation (C) and head injury/hypothermia (H).
A flat front pocket secured by a fastex buckle provides immediate access to emergency scissors. Four side pouches fitted with Velcro closures are dedicated for tactical tourniquets. The integrated pouch on the top flap holds up to five pairs of medical gloves, while attached elastic webbing inside ensures stabilization and compression of smaller equipment. Front and rear pockets have been constructed to transport bracing rails. At the bottom is a strap specifically for securing a single stretcher, while the front strap allows attachment of a NAR fall arrest cord.
