Constructed from rugged, abrasion-resistant Cordura, the medical backpack is engineered for reliable and secure transport of essential medical supplies. Durable construction, Cordura, YKK zippers
Constructed from robust Cordura Squadron and 500D Cordura fabrics, the backpack features a base reinforced with highly abrasion-resistant 1000D Cordura. Outfitted with YKK zippers, Woojin buckles, and Murdock tapes, the choice of materials guarantees exceptional durability and resistance even under demanding and intensive use.
External pockets
The backpack features two external admin pockets: an upper one with an outlet for disposable gloves and a lower one equipped with a MOLLE system for attaching extra gear. A dedicated rescue scissors pocket is located at the top, while four elastic side pockets provide storage for CAT-type tourniquets—each including an additional holder for a marker. The rear panel houses a flat mesh pocket. Furthermore, a built-in pocket at the base is designed for storing a rescue blanket or a lightweight stretcher.
Internal pockets, removable organizers
Two large compartments, both secured with zippers, make up the backpack’s main storage. The front compartment incorporates a transparent organization system: three clear pockets, two mesh dividers, and Velcro panels that enable customization of the inserts according to the MARCH algorithm (in line with the TCCC – Tactical Combat Casualty Care guidelines). Inside the rear compartment, a dedicated removable panel with elastic holders is designed for storing ampoules and other small essential gear. A robust Oxford fabric outer surface and a Velcro-lined interior finish the panel, while Tegris thermoplastic composite and EVA foam provide structural support and enhanced protection. Both compartments feature full-length openings for rapid and unrestricted access when delivering aid.
Carrying system
The load-bearing system features ergonomically contoured shoulder straps that can be adjusted, along with a chest strap and a waist belt for optimal fit. The rear panel of the pack is equipped with spacer mesh to promote airflow and boost carrying comfort. Durable transport handles are integrated on the top and sides, making it easy to maneuver and carry the backpack.

Cordura Squadron is a thick and durable material consisting of a double layer of laminated Cordura (500D and 1000D). The specific fiber structure provides very good mechanical resistance (to abrasions and tears), high water resistance and durability even in extreme conditions. The material is used in the production of clothing, tactical equipment (e.g. MOLLE systems) and outdoor equipment, and is suitable for laser cutting, which allows precise cutting without fraying.
