Designed for reliable and efficient transport of medical supplies, the medical backpack is constructed from highly durable and abrasion-resistant Cordura fabric. Durable construction, Cordura, YKK zippers
Constructed from durable fabrics, including Cordura Squadron and 500D Cordura, the backpack features a bottom reinforced with highly abrasion-resistant 1000D Cordura. Outfitted with YKK zippers, Woojin buckles, and Murdock tapes, the build guarantees exceptional durability and resistance under demanding conditions.
External pockets
The backpack features two external administrative compartments: an upper section with an opening for disposable gloves, and a lower compartment integrated with a MOLLE system for attaching extra gear. Positioned on the top is a dedicated pocket for rescue shears, while both sides house four elastic sleeves designed for CAT-type tourniquets, each equipped with an additional marker holder. A flat mesh pocket is located at the back panel. At the base, a sewn-in pocket provides storage for a rescue blanket or a lightweight stretcher.
Internal pockets, removable organizers
The backpack features two large compartments secured with zippers. The front section is designed with a transparent organization system, including three clear pockets, two mesh partitions, and Velcro panels, enabling you to arrange the inserts following the MARCH protocol (TCCC – Tactical Combat Casualty Care standard). Inside the rear compartment is a dedicated removable panel with elastic loops for storing ampoules and other small medical gear. The panel’s exterior is crafted from resilient Oxford fabric, while the inside utilizes Velcro material. Tegris thermoplastic composite and EVA foam reinforce the structure, offering enhanced durability and safeguarding the contents. Both compartments are designed to open along their entire length, allowing swift access to equipment during emergency response.
Carrying system
The carrying system incorporates ergonomically contoured shoulder straps that are fully adjustable, complemented by a chest strap and a waist belt for enhanced support. The backpack's rear panel is outfitted with spacer mesh to optimize airflow and maximize comfort during transport. Durable transport handles are strategically located at both the top and sides to ensure ease of carrying and handling.

Cordura is a material woven from durable nylon fibers, developed by DuPont. The structure of the material provides lightness and abrasion resistance, as well as weather resistance. Due to its properties, Cordura is widely used in tactical equipment.
YKK zippers are high-quality zippers commonly used in clothing and accessories, manufactured by the Japanese YKK Corporation - one of the world's largest zipper manufacturers.
Cordura Squadron is a thick and durable material consisting of a double layer of laminated Cordura (500D and 1000D). The specific fiber structure provides very good mechanical resistance (to abrasions and tears), high water resistance and durability even in extreme conditions. The material is used in the production of clothing, tactical equipment (e.g. MOLLE systems) and outdoor equipment, and is suitable for laser cutting, which allows precise cutting without fraying.
