MultiCam is a contemporary camouflage design, introduced in 2002 by the American firm Crye Precision in collaboration with the United States Army Soldier Systems Center (Natick Labs) as part of the Objective Force Warrior initiative. Developed to function as a universal concealment pattern, its purpose was to provide optimal camouflage effectiveness across diverse terrains and fluctuating environmental conditions.

The MultiCam pattern incorporates seven distinct colors, blending gradients of green, brown, and beige tones. Such design enables outstanding adaptive capability, reflecting greener hues in woodland settings and shifting to browns and beiges in arid, desert landscapes. In Central and Eastern Europe, the pattern excels particularly during autumn or amidst dried vegetation. Worldwide, MultiCam has earned a reputation for excellence and is adopted by many military and special forces. Officially chosen by the U.S. Army in 2010 for deployment in Afghanistan, it replaced the former Universal Camouflage Pattern (UCP). Widely accessible to civilians, MultiCam has also become a favored pattern among military and airsoft enthusiasts.
