For this price, it is well made, a sufficient patch, it has hook-and-loop and that's it. I ordered a black cross and a multicam background, and to me it looks good on a tactical first aid kit.
Original medical patch crafted from 500D Cordura with Laser Cut precision, featuring a black pattern. The patch includes single-sided velcro backing for effortless attachment to velcro panels on uniforms, peaked caps, waist bags, or bug out bags.
Patches displaying an equilateral cross facilitate the recognition of military personnel and medics. When affixed to organizers holding first aid supplies, these patches provide rapid identification of essential gear in urgent situations.

Camouflage MultiCam
MultiCam represents an advanced camouflage pattern, engineered in 2002 by the American company Crye Precision, in collaboration with the United States Army Soldier Systems Center (Natick Labs), as part of the Objective Force Warrior initiative. Developed to provide a highly adaptable solution, MultiCam is designed to offer effective concealment across a broad spectrum of landscapes and under varying environmental conditions. The distinctive pattern features a palette of seven colors, blending gradients of green, brown, and beige. This enables seamless adaptation to diverse surroundings, reflecting lush greens in wooded areas or shifting toward earthier browns and beige tones in arid, desert-like environments. In regions of Central and Eastern Europe, MultiCam performs exceptionally well during autumn and in areas dominated by dry foliage. Recognized globally, MultiCam is deployed by multiple military and special operations units. In 2010, the US Army designated it as the official camouflage for personnel in Afghanistan, replacing the previous Universal Camouflage Pattern (UCP). The pattern is also commercially accessible, making it a favored choice among military enthusiasts and airsoft players.

Like the other M-Tac patches, this one also stands out for its very good quality, high-end materials, and careful workmanship, which I rate 5/5. It is lightweight, and all the details are clearly visible. I definitely recommend it and will certainly buy more M-Tac patches.

I’m not entirely satisfied with its appearance. I previously ordered similar patches here, and they made a better impression — it’s possible they were made from a different material. Overall, I was expecting slightly higher quality.
-
I attached it to the first aid kit right away so that at first glance it would be clear what is in this pocket. It is carefully made, nothing is fraying, and the Velcro holds very firmly, so I’m not worried that I’ll lose it somewhere out in the field. For such a small amount of money, it’s really a great little item.

The description suggests that the fluorescent medical patch has been made solidly and thoughtfully — there are no protruding edges that could catch on other equipment, and the careful stitching means it is not at risk of coming apart. It retains its glow intensity well, and its color scheme matches UF PRO equipment nicely.

Very good product quality. As a uniformed service member, I fully recommend this equipment, and my buddies are also impressed because of the glowing cross, because as they themselves added, in a situation where it would be necessary to use any bandages or dressings, this cross helps locate the personal first aid kit.
-
This is a solid patch of excellent quality; it stays well on my backpack and does not get damaged. I chose the black-and-red variant, but I will definitely also buy the black-and-gray one.
-
A functional patch that glows in the dark and has a thin structure. It is really useful. I would like a 25x25 mm variant to appear in colors such as green, coyote, multicam, or similar shades.
-
Well-made medical patch – the material is sturdy, and the laser-finished edges look aesthetic and durable. The fluorescent cross truly improves visibility in low light, which can be useful in the field. The Velcro holds securely, so it's easy to attach to a backpack or clothing.

It's not easy to come up with something new for such a simple product, but the patch is solid and exactly what I needed. I use several types for different IFAKs, but this color variant appealed to me due to its discretion.
-
I chose the Ranger Green/Black version for my first aid kit because I wanted subdued colors for the equipment. The patch is well made, the size is appropriate, and in my opinion, the price is really attractive.

The product is made with great care, catches the eye with its appearance, and looks very impressive. It is durable, has a flat shape and rounded corners, so it does not get caught on objects. It looks particularly good on black surfaces with Velcro, giving them an elegant touch.
-
Great quality workmanship. The patch is flat, which distinguishes it from neoprene or plastic models that often get caught – that's not an issue here. It looks very elegant on black Velcro, is clearly visible, yet doesn't draw excessive attention. The glow effect does its job perfectly.
-
The patch is well made from strong material, it hasn't frayed so far but we'll see over time. The dimensions match the description, shipping was very fast and without any problems.
-
I definitely recommend it. Good materials and carefully sewn. So I did well to buy it in all colors because it looks very good on the equipment.
